Great thermostat
Great thermostats. Using them in two different homes. WiFi remote features allows user to monitor temperature and humidity in homes when away. Notifications sent by email when temperatures and humidity are outside of set parameters if programed by user.

WIFI 9000THERM intermittently shuts down & reboots
Since I've had this installed, it intermittently shuts down & reboots. Installer (a very large & reputable home heating company) replaced this once but it still happens. The installer called Tech support and went through all the possible troubleshooting steps that both the company and Honeywell (Resideo) thought to do (voltage checks, etc). Still shuts down periodically & reboots --- I have a video of it happening! Just about fed up and worried that I'll have no heat at the worst time this winter

    Advanced technology that is easy to use
    We love our new thermostats! The display is bright, the interface is easy to use and the WiFi connection means we can change the temperature conveniently from our mobile devices even when away from home. It was easy to set up as well. I highly recommend them.

    Decent as a standard thermostat.
    Easy install, works great as a regular thermostat but Wi-Fi only works about 20% of the time. As a touch screen it's really easy to use but fails to actually connect most of the time. When the app is opened the screen shows “connecting” but times out before the app connects to the thermostat.

    Fantastic! It's really helpful to be able to turn on the system from a remote location. I love seeing the weather displayed on the screen when I pass by the thermostat. The thermostat is very efficient and warms within the same degrees instead of letting the room cool two degrees below before turning on.

    Great unit does the job well
    Awesome unit, very easy to setup, great feeling to be able to control the temperature away from home the unit self powered no more batteries to worry about even shows the outside temperature and gives you weekly weather report so far has been one of my favorite purchases for my new furnace

    Wi-Fi 9000 Thermostat review
    PROS: Thermostat was installed in under 5 minutes and programmed in 2 minutes. Very easy to use and understand, programs are on point. CONS: Screen a bit laggy but manageable and app could be better. Overall really good unit.

    slim profile screen color & program options
    once properly set up - Works Great, additional set/programing instructions would be helpful. We live in a high rise using forced air. I thought the heat sensor on the thermostat was not functioning because it only blew cold air when on Heat. I went back through and changed the function during set up from from the Default Changover Value from Cooling "o" wire to the Heating "B" - then ran the system for 5 min. - then changed it back. For some reason then the heat worked. I did not move the thermostat wires - just made the change on the screen. I did have to go to youtube and searching the web to find others with same No Heat running from Set-up Programing Issues. I found nice tips for getting the wiring tight - do not attach the back plate until wires are inserted, so you do not damage them trying to bend them into the hole. Now that I have this one up and functioning - I will be putting them through out the apartment now that I see how well they can work. The ability to control the Thermostat from my phone App (TCC) is a Plus since working from home the apartment heats up during the day depending if we have full sun and I can fine tune it from my desk or tune it up a degree or two, as well, in the evening enjoying watching TV from the sofa having the ability to controlling from my phone. I will be working with Alexa soon. Setting up a Scheduling Program from the APP vs the thermostat is simpler and can adjust quickly. I am only using two schedules since we are at home. I have it turn down the heat for sleep and turn it up just before we get up.

    Almost Perfect
    This unit is hands down the most stylish of all the smart thermostats on the market with an easy to read display that's customizable for your room. It's also easy to use with controls that are similar to a traditional thermostat, but without giving up any of the programming capabilities. Plus, the ability to tell it to randomly circulate the air helps keep temps even across the zone and filters the air. But, I give it 4, vs. 5 stars, as it lacks the ability to add additional thermostat sensors.

    The Absolute Best: User Friendly!
    This has got to be the best complete WiFi thermostat on the market. We had a expensive Carrier brand thermostat at our last house and thought it was really good, but the wife found it hard to navigate. She is/was right! I find this one much easier to navigate/program etc. This model shows more information on the screen so you can go right to what you need for most of what you would use everyday. I'm not sure how it could be more user friendly!!! So glad we found this Honeywell model.

    Works great and looks good while doing it.
    A nice and compact unit that works great and can look quite nice with customizable wallpapers. This was a replacement thermostat for an 8 year old Honeywell wifi model that still worked but just looked pretty boring. This unit was super easy to swap out with the old model. I'm not joking, from the time I removed the old unit and mounted with this one in its place it took no more then 10 minutes. Granted, the mounting holes were identical and the 5 wire hookup also connected to the same internal wire locations. After the actual system setup, wifi connection and testing that added another 20 minutes. What actually takes the most time is choosing the color for the background wallpaper, but that's just the fun part. The display is well laid out with very crisp graphics that leave no doubt as to the current settings. The only knock, and it's a very small knock, is learning the proper touch to use on the touch screen. Seems to like just the right amount of pressure to respond to. Not a biggie just something to learn. All in all a very nice upgrade and highly recommended.
