    Perfect backup
    This being a refurbished model it great!! There is no blemishes on the cabinet. It's very quite. We bought this as a backup for our central air. It's a new house, we've had several failures on the central air. We both have breathing issues. So down here in FL. it gets very hot and humid very quickly. This is the answer our problem until the repairman shows up. My husband was Very impressed with it!!

    missing parts
    When I got this It was missing the remote along with the connector to the unit for the hose I emailed the Seller several times and they will not respond. Once I went online and found the connector (16.00) the unit itself works fine, but still out a remote.

    Terrible experience - waste of time
    I cannot comment on the performance of the actual Honeywell air conditioner because I never got a chance to even use it because I never took it out of the box. Unit arrived from this reseller with orange stain all over the remote, on wall bracket and owner's manual. Also a piece of the hose bracket broke off already. Outright disgusting (see photos). Also had crack on top of the AC unit itself. How could this unit even be shipped out to a customer? Clearly no quality control in place and no one bothered to check the content before shipping. Had to repack and lug this big heavy box to return it the next day. What a waste of time.
