Honey Nut Cheerios
It is very good it helps with your heart and if you have problems eating breakfast this fast and easy to eat just get you a bowl and some milk and you are good to go!! My kids love them too they also like to eat them for a snack after school

Bad Ingredients
I can't understand why these large brands over process food. There are vegetable oils on the ingredient list which have Omega 6 which is terrible for your body and a bunch of sugar. I used to think Cheerios were healthy but probably one of the worst things to eat. I hope American food products stop selling garbage. It isn't fair.

    Bioengineered food means they douse the crop, the soil, water run-off, ground water and our food with cancer causing weed killer. This is NOT natural. Your family deserves better.

    Cereal great; but who the heck is Debbie...?
    The commercial for Honeynut Cheerios where the lady eating a a bowl of the cereal says, "I wish Debbie hadn't joined the mall-walking club. ." Just WHO is Debbie...? And why SHOULDN'T she have joined the mall-walking club...? Am I missing dialogue somewhere...? WHO IS DEBBIE?????????????

    Very good product.
