Office chair savior
I love this cushion for my office chair. It has elastic bands to secure both the top and seat to your chair, which seem like they would go around almost any office chair. The cushion adds a bit of cushioning, but the best part is the subtle heat and/or vibration on the back - you can use either or neither. The heat only works if you're sitting on the cushion so that's great for safety - in case you forget to turn it off. The back vibration has 2 speeds and feels very good - I can feel it from the top of my lower back to mid shoulder blades. I chose this over others that have massage balls because those are so uncomfortable to sit on all day. The electrical cord is situated on the right when you're sitting on it, as are the controls, and is about 6' long. There is also an included cigarette plug to use in your car, etc.

Vibration only
This is only a vibrating massager. No rolling massage. There are 2 levels, low and high. It didn't really do much for my back. It's kind of loud, so it did make my dogs bark. Also, there's no light indicating the heat is on or off, so hard to tell since it didn't get very warm.

    It very nice it has heat in lower back and has massage settings you can I got for my dad he like very well we it in the recliner at home that he sits in he has cancer and it has been helping some of his pain

    Makes sitting comfortable
    I have this massage and heating chair cushion on the chair I sit in while I work from home. It has a comfortable plush, 2 nice vibration levels, and warm, cozy heat. It really helps to keep me comfortable while I work!

    If you like you leather chair to be worn and cozy in the morning this is just a thing for you. If you spend hours in front of your computer sitting in your office chair you will enjoy a nice, gentle massage function. It stays in place and does not slip off the leather upholstery. Overall, good purchase.

    Give your back a treat
    I bought a car that didn't have heated seats and missed that feature. This Homedics cushion Massager with heat did the job plus a massage. It is not quite as warm as the car heated seat but it is warm enough to relax my back. The massage feature is an A+ in my book. It massages my back in the perfect place and it is a strong massage. I also like that when I plug it in the seat is on the setting I had it on last, I don't have to reset it. The massage and heat come on immediately. It fits over my 2021 Kia seat just fine and does not slide around. It is great to find a product that works so well.

    I have fibro, works well for my aches.
    I have fibro, this time of year I seem to get more transitional aches and pains, muscle tension and am always looking for a nonmedicinal way to alleviate such. This fits the bill when my muscles as well as skin is feeling very sensitive. It's not deep tissue like shiatsu massage which can have undesirable effects when I feel like this. It's just the right amount of vibration and pulsing if you will. Add a gentle heat in, or not, and it's perfect. Very relaxing, I can feel my muscles releasing and my skin doesn't have that weird hurt/burn afterward. Easy to use. Lightweight making it easy to transport or use pretty much anywhere one can safely plug in. I've only used it at home, not in the car but there is an adapter for that. Comfy, lightweight cushion (no clanky machinery jabbing one in the back or anywhere for that matter). No odor (I only mention this as sometimes apparatus as such does have a "new" smell that seems to take forever to get rid, thankfully this does not). Very pleased with overall function of the massager, fits my needs perfectly.

    Great seat massager
    I am so happy with this seat massager. My back needs a little extra attention at times and this lets me get that attention while doing other things, including driving. I can set the controls to just massage and get that muscle relaxation that I need. I never knew how tense my back was while driving until I utilized this seat massager. It does the same thing for my office chair. The heat setting allows for even more attention to that area of my back that needs loosening. It feels so good. I like to just lean back into it and enjoy all it has to offer. The seat cushion itself is very soft and comfortable. It comes with a connector for the car, plugging in the cigarette lighter port. It also comes with an ac adaptor for home use. The straps come with small clips that permit you to place it and secure it to the car seat or desk chair. It is truly invigorating.

    Ok for mid to upper back pain
    Its a good massager cushion if you have upper or mid back pain. It didn't really get my lower back, but it was super easy to use and set up, fits any chair and can fit on a couch. The heat worked and was nice. The buttons were also easy to press. It only had 2 settings for intensity but if you need this for your lower back I would get something else.

    Pretty decent massager
    Very nice massager. I'm using it at home in my office right now. If I continue to enjoy it, I will either make a purchase or take this one to work. I really did not feel the heat on this portable back massager but I did feel the vibrations.
