Meat and cheese gift package/ wire cutter cutter
I tried getting this in the store, but was not available. Out of stock. Went on line and had no problem. Upsetting because I had to pay postage. If it was out of stock how come I could get it on line. I'm happy with the product although I haven't tried the meats or cheeses.

Very Disappointed
This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but when it arrived the box was beaten up pretty badly and the marble board was broken in half. It looks like they found this item in the back of the warehouse, where it had fallen under a pallet, and decided it was "good enough" to sell. It wasn't. I'm very disappointed.

    Defective
    The wire for the cheese cutter board was broken and it only came with one flimsy replacement wire. I doubt it will last long. The sausage, cheese, and crackers were small, which I expected, but the crackers were just a couple packets of salad crackers like you would get at a restaurant. It also came with a cheese knife.

    Disappointed
    I ordered something else with this order and it came in unharmed. The marble cheese board was missing a chunk and the cheese slicer was broken. The chunk was not in the box and the clear wrap on the front seemed dry rotten. Yet the box it was sent in was undamaged. That made me think it was like this when they shipped it. Very disappointed!

    Broken! Not usable! No gift for gift exchange!
    My cutting board was broken in pieces, cheese and sausage opened and had broke slate all over it. I throw all of it away. The only thing I got that was usable was a cutting knife. I'm so disappointed this was a gift to be given on Sunday.Now don't have gift or enough time to get one. I'm not happy at all about this issue!

    Done with Walmart
    This is what I recieved. Requested a replacement because of damage. Replacement never arrived. I've contacted Walmart 4 times now. I've been charged for the original order that I was told to discard of and also being charged for the replacement that sits delayed in shipment. I've finally requested my replacement be canceled after waiting weeks and now it's stating it may not be able to be canceled. Really? Totally disgusted. This is not the first time Walmart has been careless with packaging.

    I ordered 2 sets of the Hillshire Farm Marble Cheese Board Holiday Gift Box and one came with a hole in it and the cutting knife missing. Unbelievable that someone actually damaged the packaging and stole the knife right out.

    Disappointment
    I was very disappointed how small the sausage and cheese were and the box of crackers looked like it was a toy that children would use playing with their dolls. On top of that I received the package ripped open and the cheese plate and slicer were broken in pieces.

    Be Wary
    The first time I got this the cheese cutter wire was broken. They sent me a new one. The second one,, the knife was floating around free in the box and the marble was chipped. How does that even happen? the crackers and salami are great. The cheese is nasty. I haven't yet decided if I want to try for a third time, but thought I'd share my experience.
