Not what you think it is
This massage mat is a joke! It just vibrates with no movement like would you expect to have. Do not buy this!

    Poor quality mat, not relaxing, terrible product
    This is the worst massage mat I have tried. The massage feature is extremely loud and headache inducing; the vibrations are not relaxing at all but rather bone-rattling. Very poor quality and a terrible product. It is almost as if the manufacturer threw it together and did not test it. Returned for a refund the same day.
