Great quality, cotton socks
Was worried when I ordered these online since some of the reviews stated that they were more polyester blend. They are cotton made, covers 3/4 of the calf. and the price was excellent 10 pairs for 6 dollars, just had to buy two packs and glad that I did. I have always trusted the quality of Hanes products and I was not disappointed by this purchase.

These socks have a slippery feel inside your shoe. They make your feet hot and make them sweat. When your feet sweat they get cold. I tried ordering a pair of the cotton ones like I already have that keep my feet warm in the winter, and they sent me these AGAIN! I sent them back! If they say COOL COMFORT CREW just beware. You may like them, but I DO NOT like them at all. Also, when you wash them every piece of lint sticks to them. Will have to find another good cotton brand.

    Great socks!!!
    They are very soft, fit very well and are comfortable. I wear a size 9, bought the extended size because I wanted to be able to hide my swollen calf's that happen from being on my feet too much. Plus my right leg is shorter than my left so I wanted to hide it in my pants. Mission accomplished.

    Soft, not too tight . .and come in black!
    Nice easy stretch with these socks. So many are too tight on my legs but this sock stretches gently around my leg. Decent height crew and foot portion is not real thick nor too thin. they fit nicely in my shoes without causing a too tight feeling. I also so LOVE that they come in black. I looked for soft, comfortable, breathable trouser socks and these work so nice in my black work shoes. It is very hard to find an economical package of all black socks. they mix other colors with maybe two black in a package.....and they usually have so much nylon that makes your feet sweat. So these cotton socks fit the bill.

    Used to always buy these in the extended size because they fit roomy and had extra cushioning on the soles. They changed design. It's tighter than normal now and the material isn't as long lasting. Gets holes easily. Compared the new socks to old ones and there is a sizable difference in the padded bottoms and overall fit. Disappointed. Cost went up but comfort went down.

    I have been wearing these socks for years. They are not the same as before. The material is way thinner, and theyve lost all the cushioning they used to have.

    Love Hanes but socks were a disappointment
    These socks were a blend of stretch fabric and irritated my skin. I expected a softer cotton blend. I have ordered other Hanes products in the past and they were awesome. This time not so much. I gave them to charity. Sorry,guys.

    Hanes best socks ever!!!
    James is the BEST socks I have found from Walmart. Other brands are too thin or get holes in them easily, like first I wear them. Hanes are the only way to go for me. Thanks!!!
