Doesn't work. Returning.
Don't waste your money! Doesn't get hot enough to cook anything and definitely is not an air fryer. Fries took twice as long as in my regular oven and after an hour my baked potato was still hard as a rock. The only positive is it's nice looking design. I'm returning today.

    NOT AN AIR FRYER!!!
    Works ok as a toaster oven but the "air fryer" function is a joke!! took 30 minutes to cook a few baby carrots and after 45 minutes I finally finished cooking a 3/4 inch chop in a skillet. Doesn't get hot enough or move enough air. Nice looking, I like the door, it's just nothing but an expensive toaster oven.

    Disappointed
    I bought this as a gift for my grand daughter, I was totally embarrassed when we took it out of box to set it up, and the broil rack is broken! The reason I bought Hamilton beach is because I have had one for years and loved it. But this one is cheaply made. Sad!!

    Very pleased. Have used the air fryer option with fries and chicken nuggets. They turned out great. Baked 12 inch pizzas. Turned out just as nice as using range oven. Love not having to heat up the range oven.

    The Hamilton Beach Sure Crisp Air Fryer Toaster Oven, 6 Slice, Stainless Steel works perfect. I love it. It looks great and with one product I can do so many things. The air fryer works perfectly and so does every other part but I noticed a lot of people saying they had trouble with that part. It honestly made me nervous to buy it. I bit the bullet and bought it because we have so little counter space that 1 item that does several things is the best option for us. Well I am so glad I bought this. I made pizza rolls in the air fryer and they came out perfect and crispy like they are supposed to be. I love the roll top lid and feel it will help keep the door clean because our last toaster oven door got really bad fast and was impossible to clean. It comes with the bottom protector, an air fryer basket and cooking pan. I've not made a pizza in it yet but it has a rounded back to where a pizza should fit in it. I cannot say enough great things about this plus it's a great price. I have many Hamilton Beach products and I love them all but this has to be my favorite. I would buy again and again and would recommend it to everyone.

    Very good product. Great value.
    I've used a countertop oven nearly every day for two decades and, so far, this is one of the best. It's compact design saves counterspace without sacrificing room in the oven. I particularly like the flip-top door, which gives easy access to the interior of the oven both for cooking food and cleaning up afterward. Bought it for less than $50, and I usually get about five good years out of a countertop oven, so for $10/year, it's a great value.

    Damaged When Delivered
    Damaged delivery. The oven rack would not lay straight in bottom rack Part of it was against the door. It was hitting into the back of the curve in the back of the oven. The reason is the back part that allows for cooking a pizza was smashed in. I already threw the box and my old toaster oven in the dumpster or i would return it.

    This is not an air fryer! I put breaded pork chops in this for 20 minutes and they weren't even warm. The breading that fell off was crispy. There was no air flow, very little heat even though I had it on the highest heat setting. The timer is a twist knob. You can't set it for 7 minutes and come back to it. You have to guess so I set the timer on my microwave. I was really hoping this would be a good AF. I use a basket type AF and wanted a second for when I want to cook two foods at once.

    Inconsistent heating.Food is unedible.
    Doesn't heat consistently.Cooked biscuits on bake function for 8-10 mins.Burnt on top and uncooked on the inside.Bought this Thanksgiving 2021 and It can't even cook chicken or fish right.Dry,rubbery and uncooked inside.Beef is tough and burnt.I tried the air fry and tried biscuits for 5 mintues and very burnt on top and raw in the middle.Very in consintant heating.
