I'd do it again
I am very pleased! I have wanted one of these for a good while. The only thing I wasn't expecting is that it will indeed take a 9x13 pan but it can't have any handles. So I got some without handles and it works fine. I decided on this brand and model based on customer reviews and I am so glad I got it.

Great oven but there is a learning curve...
When baking bread with convection you need to lower the rack - not in the middle or top will burn- use the next one down and turn the heat down to 300 instead of 350 you would normally use. The instructions say to use 25 degrees less, but this seems to work better for me. I can bake two full sized loaves at the same time/same rack. I'm still learning how to alter my recipes. You have to keep an eye on things - muffins bake in 15 minutes or less.

    Slow Preheat, Burn Hazard
Be prepared to wait at least 5-10 minutes for this thing to preheat. The outside also isn't well insulated from the inner heating elements, so it's pretty dangerous. I now have big nasty scar on my wrist from when I accidentally brushed up against it.

    Wonderful Countertop Oven
I have had the model before this one for over 20 years. It still works great . Just like new. I just wanted another one. I bake a lot . I also bought one for my daughter 15 years ago and she is still using hers every day just like her Mom. Can't say enough good thons about both models. Yes ! I will buy again if I need to.

    Love my new oven
So far I really like this oven. I've run into a problem with not being able to figure out how to set the timer below 30 minutes, but I'm setting my oven timer until I get it figured out. The convection oven is a learning curve, and I've burned the bottom of a piece of salmon, but I sort of expected this due to other reviews. it was my fault for not opening it up, lifting the piece up and checking the temp. Lesson learned. it still tasted ok, just a bit dry. If you're going to use this for meat, going to use it as your primary oven, going to use the convection setting,and/or going to use for baked goods, I recommend getting an oven thermometer and a meat thermometer. This does make it so much easier than using my regular oven. I store my toaster oven pans in my regular oven now and it gives me more cupboard space in my small apartment. I purchased a large white cutting board for over my sink. More counter space. I do recommend purchasing an Ove Glove, which is also available through Walmart.com, as the door and sides of this get very hot. I put a hotpad down on the counter before opening my door, as my counter isn't that deep and the hot glass door would touch my counter. You may want to check these things before using for the first time. It sounds like it's rather a hassle, but it's really not. Once you get used to it, it's a time and electricity-saver. A great little oven for just one or two people.

    perfect!
Love it! I got this for Christmas. I asked my hubby to me one! he chose this one! he chose beautifully! it is big! I can do 2 8x8 pans at once, 2 pizzas at all once! I use it more than my oven! I still am trying to perfect the pizzas. They have a tendency to be a bit over done. but I just throw a piece of aluminum foil over the top. it is a bit to get the hang of when resetting the time and some features. I need to order a fry basket and a 9x13 rimless pan and this will be perfect! hopefully it continues to be great!

    A Welcome Addition
There was a slight misstep in that I was initially sent an oven that lacked the "Rotisserie Forks on Rotisserie Rod (Rotisserie Skewer)", which defeats the purpose of ordering a device with the rotisserie feature, if its NOT included. Only the Rotisserie Lift was present. After reporting the situation to the company, arrangements were made for a replacement and a return of the incomplete package. The oven is lightweight and blends perfectly with my other black appliances. It is larger than my other unit and accommodates shelf space adjacent to the refrigerator with more than enough of a gap between any overhead cabinets. I have cooked multiple meal items effortlessly and the 2 shelves allow for same. Pizza was not a problem. I just used the rotisserie feature yesterday and the chicken literally fell off of the bone. I think I shall use a smaller bird next time. I had a roaster already in the freezer, so I went with what was on hand. The directions are easy to follow but I must say that one must use proper mitts and utensils as unit does get hot internally as does the glass. When one has to make adjustments to cooking items or pans, one has to take extra care to avoid contact burns. Maximum cooking time is 2 hours, anything over that time frame, calls for a reset of information. Once one becomes familiar with the operation of the temperature and time settings, everything is a breeze. I have yet to use the Convection Mode. I'm pretty well pleased with the product and its functionality.
