Terrible
This mixer had rust spots on the paddle and shakes to death when I use it. This was my first time having a mixer like this so I thought the shaking was normal? It smells funny when working on high. It literally looks like it trying to walk off my counter but the sticky things underneath stop it

    Stand is not strong enough
    I tried this 2 time but i am bit disappointed because when i tried to make dough it makes mess and throwing food outside and even the cover doesn't fits properly and very noisy.

    SPEED DIAL HAS RUB-OFF PAINT
    Bought this mixer last summer and it’s beautiful and functional. I have had no problems with it EXCEPT ALL the numbers on the speed dial have disappeared. Now I don’t know what setting it’s on. Not good when a recipe calls for specific speeds. After use I always wipe mixer with water; no use of chemical cleaners. Maybe Hamilton Beach will put RAISED NUMBERS on the dial instead of PAINTED numbers.

    highly disappointed and dissatisfied
    i bought this November 2019 and since then i used it just 5 times and it and it broken while mixing 3 cups of dough. first use the mixer was so hot and smells like a burnt engine. the life span put together if i used it all the time its not up to a month. wasted my had earned money

    Budget stand mixer that works!
    Have used just a couple of times but so far I'm very happy! The 3 attachments are great, and useful, the lid helps keep the ingredients in the bowl and the beaters move to ensure the ingredients don't stick to side of bowl and stay there. If you are looking for a stand mixer that won't break the bank but still performs, this is it.

    Hamilton Beach stand mixer
    This mixer works great. I don't do a lot of baking, but i think it is capable of handling a fair bit. I like the self turning bowl feature and the spill cover. I don't have much counter space, so I have to put it away into my pantry. It is light and easy to carry.

    I bought this in color Blue (model #63393) a month ago and it has lived up to other positive reviews. Well made, easy to use, stable on counter with suction cups at all speeds, lightweight, easy clean up, fun to use! This is my 1st stand mixer and I highly recommend.

    probably no packers due to covid...
    received the mixer through the US mail and the mixer and loose parts were shipped in a box that was to big and it didn't have any packing at all in the box. the mixer and parts were left to bounce around in the box during shipment.. Nothing was broken, and it worked
