Really white colour paper
We were looking for print paper that is really white colour and the HP papers are exactly what we wanted and good quality

What a mess!!
Ordered 6 cases. Got 5. Several days later, the 6th one came. I box was completely taped because it was all to pieces. All the wrappers on the paper were torn off and the paper was dirty. Some was not usable. Paper in the other five cases was not great either. Some of it was torn open and falling out of the wrapping. Will not order paper from you all again.

    The box arrived with the strap pulled down tearing through the box. Some of wrapping on the reams of paper was torn. Fortunately there was only minimal damage to the paper.

    Printer won't recognize it...too thin.
    Terrible paper. Causes my printer to think it has no paper because it is so thin. Printer works great with all other paper products I have. I will have to get rid of it all.
