Amazing little printer!
This compact printer is amazing. It was easy to install and to add our mobile devices for printing. I am enjoying the luxury of sending items to print from anywhere in my home using our IMac, smart phones and IPads. The printer is quiet, prints in a very reasonable time, is easy to load paper, and the ink cartridge lasts forever! This was a great purchase for such a reasonable amount of money!

Doesn't Stay Connected to Wi-Fi
Aside from the shoddy construction and some inexplicable stray lines that coincide with every print job...the printer does not stay connected to Wi-Fi and thus every time I want to print I have to turn it on and off in hopes that it will magically reconnect to the various computers on the network upon rebooting. A terrible device. I recognize it was not pricey...but I would have paid 5 times for a good printer. I chose this one because it was small and that was my top priority. Size.

    This was the 1st printer I ordered and returned it "un-used" the next day. I ordered another Laser Jet printer in it's place

    Works, plain simple!
    I needed a all-around printer for the house. I run Linux mint, Windows 7, and Android phone,. The setup was easy and I'm able to print from all of my devices wirelessly! There's not a bunch of buttons to mess with just turn it on and go. I rarely ever print in color so this black and white laser printer was the way to go for me, and no more buying expensive inkjet cartridges every time I turn around. I expect one toner cartridge to last a long long time here. :)

    HP LJPro M102w monochrome printer
    I bought my first HP laser jet in 2009. The 1102w ran thousands of prints without any hiccups. I bought a new laptop with upgraded software and I could not get my "old" LJ to connect. So, I bought the new M102 and am now running it.

    Technical issues
    I've had technical issues with the printer from the beginning (the printed pages have some black dots/lines on one margin). I've contacted HP Support several times and they didn't fix the problem.

    Superb Print resolution and clarity!
    I recently purchased the HP Laserjet Pro M102w Printer for home/office use. I use the printer for generating toner transfer PC board patterns for project developments in addition to its normal use for printing letters and reports. The HP Laserjet is a full range printer and continually impresses me with its versatility and excellent quality print products. In addition its compact design is an added advantage of the Laserjet Pro M102w. This is a high-value printer and I am glad that I selected this HP product!

    Good little workhorse printer for home or office
    I only print two or three times a week at most, and was tired of ink cartridges that dried out and couldn't be saved. I got this laser printer and now when I print, it fires up and prints perfectly, every time. A great small-footprint laser printer, very economical to operate.

    Can't print as a good quality
    The date I bought this laser printer is Aug 8, 2020. However, when I tried to print the document after I use it printed for 10 pages, it became have lines and then some parts are disappearing. I didn't damage it artificially. I tried to change the toner but nothing changed. The first photo is the one I printed in September 2020 and the second is I print in January。
