For the price it's not bad. Think I read description wrong thought I was getting up computer with only the monitor refurbished. Turns out I got up monitor refurbished with well processed also refurbished. Wireless keyboard and mouse was the only item new. Had a little problem getting mouse and keyboard working turns out they sent bad batteries. Replaced batteries and they worked great!. FYI the USB Wi-Fi is inside the mouse. Fast downloading. All considered I'm happy with it. For $250 I would recommend it for a person looking for just an ordinary computer!

I'm so disappointed. If The company sends
The computer kept restarting to install Windows 10 that was pre-installed. If I clicked on the ok as suggested the computer restarted to bring up the same text box.. I really wanted this to work. If the company would send me a working one with the same brand

    Although my item shipped fast, it did not work. The cooling fan sounded like it was taking a dump and wouldn't stay powered on long enough for me to see any start up.

    I order hp8001g with 16g ddr3 and window 10 pro and 22” monitor and DVD But they sent me Hp6001g with 10g no Ddr3 and window 10 and 20” Damage monitor and missing DVD and shipping later

    Amazing Find
    Laptop died and I decided to make the slow transition to desktop and this one seemed alright. Computer came almost exactly as seen, honestly forgot to check the monitor size before buying and wasnt prepared for such a huge monitor. It did come with mouse and laptop as well, but I already had those before hand. Storage and RAM also came as detailed, obviously with refurbished products, theres gonna be some small signs of wear and tear like really small scratches, but overall a good purchase. (Sorry about the picture my camera sucks)

    very disappointed
    needed a another pc thought I would like this one but once I picked it up and hook everything up the screen monitor doesnt even come on and no instructions. also the the stand from the monitor is crack definitely returning the item
