Way better than I expected!
Love this all in one printer! Soooo easy to set up! I did in less than 10 mins and that’s saying a lot for this not so tech savvy old lady! Works great too, especially love that printer has own email address for printing docs even more easily

Worst printer
It worked for one month without a problem then out of nowhere it started saying there was a problem with my black cartridge. So I went ahead and bought another black cartridge even though the one I had in there was still reading as fine according to HPs instant ink. Put new cartridge in still nothing. After an hour of trying to fix it well you can tell from the picture and obviously canceled instant ink too.

    Good
    I am happy with its performance in general. However, I don’t like the fact that I need to manually pull open the paper holder; it does not pop out automatically when printing. The older model we owned had that feature. Note that a not referring to the paper tray.

    I've had this for a few weeks and so far its great. Set up was really easy using the phone app. Prints fast and clean. Also it fits well on my desk at home. Definitely a good buy.

    cool and compact
    I got this a month ago and it's been working well. both in colour and bxw . the scanner is good. it;s fast. not loud. the look is chic and compact. it doesn't take much space in the room. the only thing i wish is if it came in different colors than black. but overall there has been no problem installing it and getting it to work. was a very easy installation process both on phone and laptop. i subscribed to instant ink and they sent me ink right away. service is swift i must say. i printed some of my paintings on plain paper to see the quality and it was quite impressive. it's not even a good photo paper and it came out so vivid and lively!

    Cartridge lasts just a few full pages of print
    Cartridge lasts for about fifty full pages of print. You will be buying cartridges every few weeks after printing a few documents. I’ve had smaller printers with cartridges that last way longer

    I just purchased an HP Envy 5055 to replace my HP 4500 whose scanner died. I am very happy with the HP Envy 5055. It is a nice, low profile desktop printer/scanner and the price was nicely affordable. It is the perfect printer/scanner for my small business which requires only low volume printing, but higher volume scan-to-computer needs (I'm a part time artist). The ability to scan in a wide range of resolutions is important for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    ENVY isn't all BAD!
    I bought my HP All-In-One ENVY 5055 Printer last month and now I can print away. IT came with ink however I bought both the tri-colored and black for back-ups. Now I can have documents with clear print that are eye catching! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Works well with my Mac laptop
    The printer was very easy to set up. I had to plug it into the wall and follow the steps on my phone and computer. Just go to the website or the app and it spells it out for you. I had it set up and printing within 20 min of taking it out of the box. The scanner scans it right to my email address and it looks flawless. I connected this printer to my iPhone 8, my Mac laptop, and my HP laptop without a problem.
