MY COMPUTER CAME IN PERFECT SHAPE AND WORKS WELL
The computer came in perfect shape and works extremely well but the down side is that it only comes with 8GB of Ram. Which is enough for medium gaming and browsing the web is extremely fast and smooth and I DIDN'T have any lag (highly recommend to upgrade ram if you want to play games like GTA). So let me tell you it was quite easy to set it up and it took me at least 3 minutes to set it up. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO BUY THIS PC.

Is it good bang for the buck; no, not even close.
Having worked in IT for many years, I was curious to find out what a Walmart computer would be like. I have built many a desktop in my time. The computer overall is of low quality and performance out of the box. It runs at a snails pace and will require significant upgrades. The unit came only with a mechanical 1 tb 7200 rpm hard drive, which took 10 minutes to boot up windows 10. In this day and age, with instant boot available on most computerized units, this is untenable. The integrated mobile graphics chip which is part of the Ryzen 3 3200G CPU uses 2 gbs of the shared onboard memory (8 gb DDR4 2600 RAM) making it very slow, and despite having an M.2 PCIE 4.0 slot it does not come with this SSD. Not only that but because it only comes with one DIMM installed it is not able to address its full PCI lanes. Most surprising is that the motherboard is a B550 chipset motherboard, which is not supposed to be compatible with the Ryzen 3 3200G that came with this computer. This is likely one of the reasons for its overall poor performance during benchmarking (physical HDD aside). The bios for the computer is likely rewritten to make incompatible parts compatible with each other. Which means the CPU cannot take advantage of the chipsets full abilities. The CPU during benchmarking struggled with its thermals, likely due to the inferior cooler that came with the desktop, noting this appears to be a third party sub-par aluminium heatsink and fan rather than the one that comes with the Ryzen series processors. The peripherals (keyboard and mouse) are also of low quality and are flexible to the point of feeling like you're going to break them when you use them. Cheap crap. The power supply is woefully underpowered (very cheap 300 watt) and one of the two sata slots is taken up by a DVD RW drive (which nobody uses anymore). That being said, the motherboard is not a bad unit for a micro-ITX/ATX board. It is a PCIE 4.0 board which is the latest generation of PCIE, which means it will be compatible with faster graphics cards, faster M.2 SSDs, and higher end AM4 compatible Ryzen third generational CPUs. The downside is that it only has one PCIE x16 slot, one PCIE slot and two Memory slots. One could build a better customized PC for the same price range as this computer.

    Amazing desktop PC Tower
    Were do I begin?! With the easy setup and Windows 10 preinstalled this is a great PC! Great operating system and smooth fast pages. Lots of USB ports (4). This is a great purchase for a surfer or home office as well and I believe normal gaming use as well. Great sound when connected to your own monitor, which this doesn't come with. I have also downloaded many photos and they all look so clear and easy to edit with this PC as well. Can connect quickly to my printer also. Also can connect app to your phone and transfer things between each.

    We've been using this setup daily for two weeks now. My first thoughts on opening the box was how little the tower is! Its about a 15 inches tall. Its perfect for our home, as we dont have a ton of extra space for a computer having a toddler. Set up was super easy, took about twenty minutes start to finish, before it was ready to use. We are a family of 4, so it has been used for everything from office work, to roblox, YouTube videos, schooling, shopping,&browsing. We used the wireless hookup because of where our router is,& there has been no lagging what so ever. The keyboard is slim and easy to tuck away. The mouse functions very well, no sticking and glides effortlessly. I have transferred almost a thousand pictures to the device,& it hasn't slowed down a bit. DVD writing function works wonderfully and doesnt take long at all to complete. I love that it comes with Windows 10, it is my favorite set up. Downloading additional apps have been a breeze as well. HP definitely hit the nail on the head with this one. I highly reccomend to anyone looking for a new desktop.

    This HP desktop is the fastest I've ever used hands down. Pages load instantly even with multiple tabs open. There is more storage space then I'll ever need and it has both video outputs for multiple screen use as well as 6 usb outlets for devices. Would highly recommend.

    This is a great PC and could be used for almost anything. It has a really fast processor. I was able to play games with no problem (Far Cry 5). You are able to hook up multiple monitors. The fan was not loud at all. HP is a brand that I trust to be high quality and I expect this PC to last a very long time.     Pretty impressive!
    This desktop is awesome It has so many features I'm really impressed. Right away when you install the desktop it will ask you to download an app on your phone where you can transfer things from your phone straight into your computer and i love this feature then I can make more room on my phone. The desktop has Bluetooth capabilities so you don't have to download the app you can do it straight from any device to the desktop. As far as a monitor I just used a 32" TV we don't use any more and it works like a charm. The desktop is pretty fast it has a lot of memory and just in general it has a lot of features. The desktop itself is pretty sleek it doesn't take up so much room and its extremely easy to install. I'm pretty sure it's going to last us for quite some time.

    Decent computer overall
    This as a decent computer overall. I love the storage capacity- 1 TB is plenty for what I need for storing photos and videos. I am not too impressed with the speed and I am unsure if it's the processor or if it's a heavy windows product that bogs things down. (However, this is the second computer I have had with a non-Intel processor that seems to be slower.) I can tell the difference in the speed for sure. When transferring photos from my external hard drive to the computer, it froze up a few times and took quite awhile to transfer things over. I have had audio connection issues. There does not appear to be a working internal speaker. I had to connect a blue tooth speaker to receive sound, but that connected seamlessly. The video monitor I already have plugged in and worked without difficulty. My wireless printer connected without issues as well. Other than the minor issues noted above, overall I am happy with this computer.

    This is by far the fastest computer I've ever used. There was no wait time loading pages, even when having several tabs open. I was very impressed with the HP brand itself. I've used more expensive brands and this is by far a better product for the money. It has more than enough storage space with the 1TB hard drive. The tower itself has a sleek and modern design. I would highly recommend the HP Desktop Tower R3 and will be buying HP products from now on.

    For the past 5 years I've mostly stuck to the all-in-one systems for my primary use getting the most reasonable specs I can for reasonable money but they often leave me disappointed and sometimes reminiscing of my tower days. This tower PC surprisingly packs a punch I've sorely missed in the all-in-one's. While it's a value AMD CPU/GPU you'll be able to play most any pc game like COD and Fortnite at reasonable settings. The CPU should be able to be overclocked to 4ghz but I haven't done anything like that since GTA Vice City came out so I didn't test that. There are lots of USB ports to utilize as well as a card reader and DVD drive to burn with if that's your thing. Install went quick and without hangups, boots up fast too. Sound is great quality as I port it to a 5.1 through the HDMI to my TV. This PC does NOT come with a monitor so you need to have one or an hdmi ready tv. Not a big fuss as this has been pretty normal for computers as far back as I can remember. The keyboard and mouse are a yawn but that was expected and will be replaced shortly. I am a photographer and I don't see any issues using this machine if I decided to edit photos on it but really we wanted it for a basement family room in the works whether to play music, games, movies or surf and it'll more than suit our needs.

    This pc has a really fast processor, so there's no slow pages with this pc!! I love this computer because of the 1tb hard drive. I download a lot of videos and I dont like computers with just 256 or 512 gb of storage space because it fills up too quickly. I also didn't want to have to buy a standalone hard drive, and with 1 terrabyte of storage, there's no need to. It is important to note that in the box, you get the tower, the mouse, keyboard and power supply. You will need a monitor and speakers. However, if you are just upgrading the computer and already had these things, you're saving money by not having to buy the complete bundle. I'm very pleased with this computer, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. I will try to include a pic of the back of the pc since I don't see that anywhere on the site, so that you can see the available ports/connections. This pc does allow for 2 monitors to be connected and has both type of ports - 1 vga and 1 hdmi.
