Faulty battery
I have had the laptop for a month, hoping the issue would resolve itself. After the first week, the laptop would not power on without being plugged in to the power supply. It still won't turn on without being on the charger. I am so upset that I have to buy either a battery or charger. Do not recommend

It is a used item so I'm assuming remarketed now means refurbished. Tehy should have said that in the first place. I would not have ordered it.Abzaed
