The laptop was shipped with a major crack to the screen that made the device useless. This is unacceptable even for a refurbished model. The company selling this totally defective equipment shouldn't be affiliated with Wal-Mart.

    HP TOLD US THE WARRANTY ON THIS LAPTOP RAN OUT 5 YEARS AGO. IT WILL NOT EVEN UPDATE SOFTWARE. JUNK!!!

    Wonderful product!
    I purchased two of these and was a little nervous because of the refurbished status. I was not disappointed! Seller is very responsive and shipping was fast! The products were in great condition and work like a dream. Made my kids Christmas!

    DO NOT BUY!!!!
    the computer looks aweful its like they did nothing to it and sent it out. It will not connect to the wifi so it will not get past the opening screen. I am sure even if i did get past the wifi problem something else will come. i am so mad and so needed this computer today.

    Refurbished laptop not fixed
    This laptop is not fixed, when typing voice command keeps popping up or it will log me out n won't let me type at all, I have to literally turn it off an sometimes it still won't let me type n I gotta shut it down again for it to let me type again.

    I would recommend
    Was kind of iffy about buying but glad I did. Works great! Looks great other than the one small scratch on the back side of it. I had to reset to get the previous owner gmails info out other than that it connects fine. Installs apps fine. Able to do my schoolwork and DIY projects just fine.
