The products works without a hitch. I ordered the product in the morning and received it that afternoon. I had no idea they were taking pictures of the article being delivered but I think that is a very smart idea. The laptop was exactly as ordered without any damage.

im not happy with this purchase they sent 5 computers in one big box they were 2 in one sleve and 3 in the other sleve im not a happy no boxes and no instructions and i bought them for my grandkids for Christmas

    Don’t be cheap…waste of money
    Not only was it late, I’ve had this Chromebook for 2 days and it’s been updating for two days. I’ve called HP and they haven’t been able to find a solution. Definitely returning and getting my money back ASAP. This was a waste of my time and money. I needed this for work and school but this is what I get for being cheap

    just what I neded it to be
    perfect! I'm glad i took a chance and got it cause it is perfect for what I need it for it did get a bit hot when I charged it but nothing like to burn urself since I've had it on desk to do so otherwise I'm liking it and you can't beat the price that I got it for 79$!! thanks Walmart ohhh by the way this traveled to more states then some of us to get shipped to me lol

    Wouldn't recommend
    As soon as the computer arrived I charged it and the screen would not come on. I should have known for the low price it was too good to be true. I will be getting my money back!
