Will Not Work
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8620. These are supposed to be the correct cartridges. After inserting them, I get this message: "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer."

    The prices your charge for your ink products is outrageous...... I have spent 5x the amount on ink that I paid for my printer ...sounds like a scam to me .....

    Smashed!
    I only use HP ink in my printer because it is the best product for my needs; however, the only reason I gave it only 4 stars was that the cartridge box was not protected during packaging. The box was smashed!....... luckily, the cartridge was intact!! I may purchase from a different supplier in the future.

    Cost Akin to Blackmail
    There is nothing wrong with this product besides the cost. It is ridiculous that the cost of ink cartridges makes a person compare it to the cost of replacing the printer altogether.

    Reliable and Efficient
    I always buy branded cartridges for my HP printer as I have not had that much success with other brands in the past. They last a good amount of time and there are never any problems. However, I do wish they were more affordable.

    HP 951-MAGENTA DEFECTIVE, LOCAL STORE REFUSES HELP
    Magenta cartridge causes false printer error and halts printer. When old cartridge is installed printer works fine. I bought a second Magenta cartridge online from a different vendor, but the Magenta cartridge again caused the SAME error message. Replaced the old cartridge and printer returned to normal but is calling for replacing the empty magenta ink. Local Walmart refused to accept opened cartridges, even to refund/replace my purchases. They said to contact Walmart.com ....

    Ink works well.Delivery was shocking.
    Delivery was awfully late even though it was on the very last day of their business day. I had to wait 7 days and couldn't use my printer for days. I could easily buy this ink other websites or any store around me. This kind of 3-5 business day delivery system that takes apx.1 week cannot compete with other leading online stores that also have the same products with similar prices.

    Cartridges were only half full
    I couldn't believe it, but the cartridges came in only half full acc. to the gauge on the printer. So annoying. Very disappointed with HP.

    HP Ink Cartridges
    I use my printer at a personal level; the ink lasts me a good year at 3x's weekly printing; the colors are perfect for what I use color printing for; the cartridges are easy to install on my HP Officejet Pro 8600, and removal is just as easy with no ink residue. I'm very happy with my HP 8600 multi-use printer. Thank you, Team HP!
