The quality of HP 62L Tri Color Ink Cartridge.
I always rate H/P genuine color cartridges the best. They are essential to my hobby and I am never disappointed.

Color Ink arrived empty
I bought color and black ink from HP for my HP ENVY 7640 all in one 10 days ago and installed both black and color ink per instructions today. The color ink status is empty (new cartridge). I can't find where to contact the department that can help. I'm very frustrated that if I need a new printer, it will not be an HP.

    Awful product, awful customer service!1
    Wouldn't work with our printer so we had to turn around and drive another 30 miles back to the store to buy a new one. Started an on-line return. Went back today to complete the return only to be told that since it was opened, they couldn't take it back. Well the only way that we knew that it wouldn't work was to open the package and try it. DUH! Buyer beware. Walmart doesn't stand behind the products they sell.

    High quality ink cartridges.
    Great product. I like to be able to buy both color and black ink at the same time. Cartridges are plainly marked and easy to install. Quality color for photo prints. HP is high quality ink that I have depended on for year for all my printing needs both at home, and at work. So convenient to be able to have it shipped right to me.

    Wonderful
    the product arrived within 3 days! The XL cartridges allow me to print a lot more pages than the 'regular' cartridges. I have a small business, the speed in which the products arrived and the fact that I can print more pages for less money is a win/win situation for me.

    Good and bad!
    First, it's too expensive. Second, I prefer the XXL cartridges, but did not find them available. Third, you seem to be making a strong effort to corral users into your wheelhouse. I guess my negative comments won't be acceptable. By the way, the printer is excellent; just what we need at our house.

    my HP laptop screen hinge is broken
    My HP laptop 15-bs0xx / 1wp51ua is 3 years old. The left side screen hinge broke and now I cannot close the laptop. I'm a retired senior, and cannot afford to buy another computer or spend $$$ to get the hinge fixed. I doubt if I will EVER purchase another HP product. Do you care? I doubt it.

    It is a reliable and profound printer!
    I have had the HP Envy 5661 printer since 2016, with another brand new one in a box sitting in my closet. The HP colors on this printer have been extraordinary as one of my hobbies includes creating bookmarks. I have to depend on color, brightness, dependability, and all kinds of options and choices of colors. HP provides that, gratefully.
