Love it.
This comes with all the protection you'd need online. With all the Microsoft securities including hardware protection, your chances of being hacked are slim. It has fingerprint I.D. if you wish for Windows Hello and a whole lot of other features you'll love. Very fast with the given memory and plenty of space for programs. With an extra storage space added like an external hard drive or One Drive (Dropbox) or any cloud storage you could add more than ample storage for music, pictures and documents. It is very light weight and fits on your lap, no problem. Venting runs all along the bottom so there is lesser fear of obstructing them. Runs very cool and silent.

Horrible and I've always had a hp laptop
I received a used and damaged laptop. The laptop on the bottom had little knicks and there was dust like it had been used before, then there was a scratch on the screen that's about a half inch and it's really hard to get a photo of it. Then I was missing half of the cord the part that plugs into the outlet, then the touchpad frame around it is missing the silver paint and it's silver and black silver and black, now, they don't want to pick this laptop up so I can return it. What a headache. Then one of the associates at Walmart charged another one of these laptops to my account and I did not give him permission, luckily I caught it in time and canceled it. This is when I was on the phone trying to get them to pick this laptop up. Don't do it.

    Does not wake from sleep mode.
    I have never had an issue with HP until now. This laptop does not power back on when it goes to sleep. The screen will not come back on, yet the “mute” button still glows. You have to power the entire laptop down until the light turns off to bring it back on from sleep mode. Even after resetting it and starting from scratch, the same issues persisted. I am hoping it is a one off, but I am returning this laptop.

    Perfect for me
    I had previously owned this same laptop, so when I was looking for another one, and found this, I ordered it right away. I don't know the first thing about computers other than whether they do what I need them for, and this one is it. I have always been happy with HP products, printers, laptops, whatever, and all I really use it for is personal use: email, reading the news, staying in touch with family and friends, ordering stuff, that kind of thing. I'm retired, so I can't really say if it would be what anyone would need to for work purposes. For me, though, it is just the right size, is easy to use, I can take it anywhere, has good battery life, etc.

    Nice laptop.

    Great buy.
    I am enjoying my new laptop. Only thing that was aggravating was a Microsoft filter that prevented me from downloading anything that wasn't Microsoft software. Google for easy fix. Other than that it is a great computer.

    Idk about CP, but shame on Walmart.
    Store told me they cracked it but they still delivered it. They told me they couldn't cancel it so I canceled it and it was still delivered. I had to wait to get my money back. This is not a reflection of the computer but of the Walmart system itself. Gave me all but $0.07 back. I dont know why.

    Great %26 Fast: Hard to get out of Safemode.
    It's very fast and works good. Although I'm not sure why it's defauted to Safe Mode. Also it's a pain to get it out of it too to be able to install stuff. Not sure if this is isolated but it sure is a pain. But works great and didn't have a lot of added junk (games %26 apps) I had to remove. But worth the lower price I got on sale.

    Do not purchase
    Was not worth the wait! Three other laptops were sold out, so I took my chance and extremely disappointed. It stopped responding after one day. The screen froze.
