Smooth and Amazing!⭐️
I bought this on Black Friday 2019. At first i was so hesitant to buy this laptop. But when i receive it, i was so amaze with the features. It's so fast and easy to use, with tons of guides to help me start my laptop. Im a HP laptop user since 2010 that i bought in Abu Dhabi, UAE in carrefour. As always, HP Brands always reach above beyond my expectations.

Nothing but issues
This laptop came in 7/20/20 and I've had nothing but problems with it. During initial setup the screen messed up and it appeared to lock up. Had to hard reset the laptop and the screen came back normal. Once that was done the search function would not work. Tried a variety of things to get that to work correctly it would not. The last step was an attempt to reset the laptop during this process the laptop locked up at 18%. Had to perform another hard reset to get past this. On 7/21/20 the search function would still not work so I tried another reset, this time the laptop locked up at 52%. Had to perform another hard reset to get past this. It appears there is issues with the hard drive or memory in the laptop as since I have had it a total of 4 days it has locked up 5 times and required a hard reboot.

    Piece of crap laptop!!!! Beware!!!!
    Do not buy, this is really a piece of crap laptop and I've only had it for a few weeks before it started messing up really bad and Walmart would not take it back they told me it's been past 30 days and to contact HP support. It runs very slow, I have to keep clicking on things more than once with the mouse pad and the keys for it to register what I am trying to type or click. It cuts off on me like goes completely blank and then comes back on. It does things I didn't key. It shuts down at random times. It freezes, delays everything I do on it. It always disconnects from my wifi, cut on airplane mode at random times. This thing really has a mind of its own and it literally started messing up after the 30 days to return. This has got to be one broken and placed back on the shelf to be sold because this thing can't be this bad. I have so many problems with this thing it's a shame. I wish I could upload a video to show how this thing is. I use it for my college courses and it's really been a nightmare. I'm so disgusted with this laptop and Walmart. Almost $300 gone down the drain because I am going to have to get another laptop. As I am on my phone writing this I can't even get into this computer trying to get things in order for school starting back soon and it's not working at all!! It cuts on but not allowing me to do anything on it. I have 4 more classes to go until I finish school and this laptop is stress on top of everything else!!! Fix it Jesus!

    Great computer, delivery issue
    Great computer. Very lightweight, almost feels like a toy lol. Great buy for the price, does what needs to be done at a decent speed. S mode was easy to take off. Only thing I disliked was the shipping process, took longer than expected but I'm patient so it worked out. Definitely worth the wait.

    Great deal for the price
    First laptop I bought in awhile and works great. Price was reasonable and Walmart shipping very timely. If anything I disliked was that it doesn't have a DVD drive like my old laptop and the power button is extremely small.

    Good item for price, poor shipping
    So far the laptop seems to be working well, just going through start up now. Was very disappointed with delivery, packaged arrived on time but damaged and the tracking was nonexistent. Hopefully there are no problems with the computer due to the damaged boxes in shipping.

    It's an OK laptop.
    It's not great but it's not bad either. It does what needs to be done and that's all I can ask for. The colors are vibrant and beautiful and I like that it has a the number keys on the side. What don't like is that the keys don't illuminate, the caps lock and num lock keys don't have an indicator light so you don't know if they are on until you press a key. An indicator should be standard on a laptop, not so much on a Notebook but definitely on a laptop. Had to knock down a star as I was really disappointed by that. Also, I'm not a fan of Windows Home S, I don't like systems that want to restrict me from using other browsers as the system suggests using Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome...so Microsoft wants to have an advantage over Google I'm guessing. At any rate, it's an ok laptop, just think it could be better. It's just right for the price of $250 and no more than that. I would recommend this for a student or someone who just needs it to browse the internet and pay bills. I'm not a gamer or a laptop movie watcher so I can't advise on what that's like on this unit. For basic things, I give it a thumbs up. I guess it really depends on what you're going to use it for.

    great for students not for gaming
    this laptop is amazing it's very fast for many apps except gaming Wich is a bit disappointing (only 2d games are high performed for example among us runs very smoothly) but it's alright since most of the purpose for my buy was for school

    Brand new but look not like brand new!
    Received This laptop after a month. However, when I open the box, I see some dusty make my laptop not clean at all as my photos at bottom of laptop, and some broken edges look like it assemblied but some reason, they opened and reassembly. I am very disappointed with my new laptop!
