Get this device!!!
This is a great computer I love the color and the spare mouse it works perfectly fine and I love everything about it the only thing that I really wanted was to be able to get Sims on it which wasn't in the Microsoft store but other than that it's a really great computer

Too good to be true
I've been having problems with it since I received it. There's noticeable glue between the screen and computer itself, I was having touchpad problems too. I called (I have one of the protection plans) and I was told the touchpad wasn't working correctly because my laptop wasn't updated. So they got into my laptop changed a lot of things then somehow he was right because it started working again. You're telling me as a college student and an employee at a healthcare facility, in order for my laptop to do basic things like go to settings to turn down the volume from listening to a lecture it has to be updated? On top of that we're busy people I'm a busy women if it doesn't automatically update I don't have time to sit through it and watch it update- not that that should even be a reasoning to why my stuff isn't working, just because of an update? I can't even turn anything down- not with the buttons not with my mouse. Can't go into settings either. The only thing I'm able to do is go on the internet. The price was unbeatable and it really seemed like it would have been a really good laptop. Maybe I just have bad luck! FYI I am returning it and I hope none of you have this same issue, it sucks.

    A MUST have!
    I absolutely love my computer!!! It's bigger, great HD quality, and super fast. I'm use to having HPs so this was a well worth it upgrade! It's so nice that now my mothers getting one and for the price to get all the parts to it all is even better ! I say get it and don't let the negative reviews push you away from getting it ! Also, shipping was super quick!

    Returning. I ordered the Gold laptop, and received the silver laptop instead BUT with the gold mouse and the gold sleeve cover. I seem to have many issues with WALMART.COM lately. I got it on sale and now it is showing regular price. Hope they honor the price I bought it for since it was not my fault.

    If your not looking to do a lot of work on this laptop then it will be good for you. It's not a lot of storage just 128 but for all I'm doing, paying bills, emails, and regular looking up stuff I would say to buy this. The only thing I hate that it's S mode. Didn't know what that meant but if you use google chrome like me, it's not a Microsoft app so you can't download it. You can take your laptop out of S mode to download non Microsoft apps but you can't turn it back to S mode which sucks. That's my only gripe. But I like the wireless mouse and the sleeve. The price point was worth it also.

    don't waste the money
    Honestly not worth it. the memory is so small that i couldn't even download apps that i needed for work and productivity. after about a few weeks, i cant even watch videos or use the internet because there's an error every couple of minutes that turns rhe screen either completely black or completely white until it decides to unfreeze. i havent had this computer a month but i had to factory recet it already in hopes that it will work properly. save the money and buy a more expensive computer. you will not regret it. cute is all that this computer has going for it

    Good product at very reasonable price.
    This laptop seems to be sturdier than my previous one. I seem to be hard on laptops and the case on the the other one cracked until it had to be replaced. This happened just from normal use, I hadn't dropped it. This new one is working very well, and I think it will last a lot longer.

    Very good product but fix keys
    I was looking for a reasonably priced laptop with sufficient functionality and capacity for my every day use which is fairly basic (email, drafting and editing documents, social media, Zoom meetings, reading news subscriptions, etc.). In the past I have owned a Surface Pro and a MacBook but I did not want to spend that kind of money. So far, the HP Laptop - 15z-ef100 has met all my needs and I am very satisfied. It seems to be a great product, especially for the competitive price. I have only one criticism. I understand not backlighting the keyboard as that likely keeps the price down and/or saves the battery. However, the keyboard can be difficult to read in dim lighting. I suggest using sometime of reflective paint or other product on the letters, numbers, symbols to make the keys more readable in dim or non-direct lighting.

    Great choice for all-in-one printer
    This printer is a good size for limited space and works well to print, scan, and copy quickly. Haven't had it long enough to measure ink life but seems to be doing great there as well. Overall very happy with this purchase.
