Frustratingly good product
Who like assembling furniture? No one I know. There are a couple steps that are easy to miss. Don't get frustrated, step away and come back to it another day. That said, I too, experienced miss information that it was shipped, from Ontario, Canada, and two days after anticipated arrival date a Walmart associate credited my account. Because I like the look of the product, I reordered. The order was shipped in two separate boxes a few days apart. All parts were in the boxes, none were rusted. Overall, I believe it to the a frustratingly good product!

    cheap looking
    Flimsy looking for the price. It takes entirely too long to assemble. The cover isn't flexible; it's always in upright position. There were no instructions.

    Love the product but,Order at your own risk
    Omg!! I fell in love with this product when I saw it but let me tell you the honest truth I receive one box early and the other box vanished never delivered to my house tried to track it but couldn't because it said delivery so I wrote the company and ask where's the rest and they told me it was at the UPS store to go get it,smh witch defeats the purpose of delivery.Half way into putting it together I noticed that parts were damaged and didn't fit but I was so determined to make it work despite the defects.And the funny thing is I read the reviews and they we're all bad and I said let me try my luck.Not gonna lie I am a little disappointed but I did decide to keep the product because I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning,taking it apart........Assembly was ok beside defect this product would've gotten a five star and it's a good product they just need to pay attention to details because I really love this. And everywhere else wanted almost $1000 dollars for this same product

    missing canopy
    couldn't open till this weekend due to broken wrist. its missing the entire canopy. No place to co tact Seller and past 30 days to return. NOT Happy

    Damaged, rusted and wrong parts.
    I was very disappointed with the 2 loungers i ordered. The loungers I received looked used and had wrong parts. After 5 hours of putting together I don't want to return them but have requested the correct replacement parts but still waiting their arrival.
