    Awful
    I am so disappointed in this product. The screw holes in the large blue poles are not in the correct place. You will have to drill multiple new holes. The directions barely explain how to put together. Just very poor manufacturing all around.

    Buyer beware
    To preface, I ordered this swing set for my children for Christmas. When I received the order, I noticed the box was pretty beat up but did not do anything with it until of course Christmas when i attempted to put it together. Upon beginning to build the swing set, we noticed that several parts were missing and of the few we were able to put together prior to recognizing that we were missing parts, some parts were poorly designed as is. I immediately notified Walmart via telephone call of the missing parts and was informed that this item was through a 3rd party seller. I obtained the contact info for the 3rd party seller in hopes that they could send me the missing parts. Once I spoke with the company, I was told that they would in fact send the missing parts and to expect an email with a tracking number for said parts within 24-48 hours. After after 4 days, I had not received anything and again reached out to the 3rd party company. I am then told that they do not in fact sell separate parts or replace separate parts in the event that any part is missing from the item. Cool. I am also told that they do not have the item as a whole available to even replace the swing set with a new one. Okay. I reach back out to Walmart in order to begin the return process. Because the box was in such poor condition and there are parts that are built, I am told the company “PILOT” will be able to come and pick up the item from my house and then I will be issued a refund. Great. I set the date for them to pick up item. They were supposed to send emailed instructions for pick up and ETA for that day. I never received anything. I reached back out to customer service via chat for help with this, and they have no knowledge of my return and give me the run around. My next step will be to contact customer service by phone call once again in hopes that this will be resolved and I can get my money back in order to purchase a swing set through a completely different company and certainly not through Walmart. This has been very disappointing and frustrating all around to both me and my children. Not to mention the amount of time that this is even taking to resolve with the minimal amount of help I've received and poor customer service.
