    Perfect!!!
    I researched many treadmills. After spending hours reading reviews and comparing features, I decided to purchase this treadmill. My intent was to fold it and store up against the wall. But that ain't gonna happen. It's much too heavy for me, 84lbs, to be playing this back and forth game. Plus, in order to fold it, you have to remove the handles. Well that's not going to happen either. They are a pain to install. Each handle requires 2 screws which are very difficult to line up. I was only able to get 1 in each handle. Good enough. I especially like the option of using the remote or the panel. Most I saw are operated by the remote only. To sum it up...best purchase ever. I'm very pleased, highly recommend and I love the color red. Gorgeous!

    Face Plate upside down from factory.
    Love the app to track workouts. But the main “plastic” face of the treadmill was installed upside down. I took 2 weeks of emails and videos of the issue to get a fix without having to return it. Still waiting on them to send me a replacement face and glue. They have been helpful and offered to refund a portion of the purchase price.

    Horrible Treadmill
    This Costway/Gymax Superfit Treadmill is unbelievably bad. The Treadmill died after less than five weeks of light use! Stay away from this product because it is not worth the money. The customer service is beyond horrible.

    Don't buy this thing
    Package delivery was delayed. Took 2 weeks to get. Finally open it and the screen at the top is lifting. I can see the mechanical stuff inside. I push it down and it pops open again a few mins later. The belt is not in the middle, it's to the right side. It also is not quiet like they are advertising, it actually makes a loud whining noise. I thought it needed to be oiled so I put the lubricant that they supply with the treadmill on there and it does nothing. I think the noise is coming from the motor. There were some little scratches here and there too and overall it looked like they sent me a used treadmill. I got on it and it works but that noise is annoying and the screen on the top bar popping out is not ok especially since I paid so much for this. It's definitely not worth what they are charging for it. It looks like a nice shiny treadmill online but in person it doesn't look as fancy as I expected. This shouldn't even cost more than $250 in my opinion. I emailed them about the issues and am waiting on a response. I would not recommend this item. Not sure if I will return it yet but the company website says you have to pay to return it and I don't want to do that because this thing is very heavy weighing almost 90 pounds.

    I ordered this item on Dec. 10th as a Christmas present to arrive on the 23rd. Delivery date was not until Jan 2nd. I got the wrong color, the bottom display didn't work, and the band is extremely narrow. The whole thing went wrong and I would not recommend this item.

    Issue... maybe someone can help me with it. The mileage and mph are wayyyy off. Instead of 2 miles it comes up as 3 miles. Six mph is actually 4 mph. The time is correct. It is Awesome and I use treads regularly so I know it definitely has those issues. If someone knows how to adjust this please let me know. I dont want to go thru hassle of exchanging. It works great other than those two important issues. Thank you.

    Great investment. Very Quiet.
    No assembly - easy to use. Fits perfectly in small spaces and can be hidden under a bed when guests come to visit. Also, it is amazingly quiet.
