Very sturdy, no problems after the first few months. I am over 200 lbs. And at one time we had three people jumping on it at once with no sign of damage.

    Expensive Piece of Junk
    We bought this trampoline for our 13 yr old who weighs 115 lbs. She has been the only jumper on this. We also purchased the extended warranty from Walmart when we bought it. This trampoline has rusted to the point of breaking completly in half. I will note, this rusting happened inside the joints, so it couldn’t be seen until it happened. It’s just a miracle our daughter wasn’t hurt badly. The frame of this trampoline has also literally let the springs stretch the hole where they connect. We also had the metal part where the springs connect to mat actually rip from the mat. Please DO NOT BUY THIS TRAMPOLINE for your children. When I called to do something about all this, because you know... extended warranty, they told me it wasn’t valid because the trampoline was outside. I mean what the crap is that about?? It wasn’t really worth the one star, but I had no option. Also, I could only upload 2 pics. I had many more.

    Terrible instructions. Quality is less compared to many other similar trampolines I have purchased in this price range. Instructions are terrible and there are a few parts of the build that would have been nice to know what was intended but you should figure out but will likely do a few things twice.

    I contacted the company support and they were willing to help fix the box of supports that were starting to rust. They were unprofessional in thier response asking what i would like to do. Wonder if this is a home shop company.(just deliveredto my house) but I don’t feel like doing much since I already did my part. I paid for a product that’s supposed to be rust resistant. Hot dipped galvanized steel should be able to last decades without showing corrosion and rust. But this was improperly done and the edges are already rusty. I’m going to fix this properly(thank god I am an industrial mechanic) most people would have no clue. Cutting into galvanized steel leaves all edges exposed to corrosion should be cut first then galvanized or edges prepped. I just want to give you information so maybe with a good heart and having a love for your company you will find a way to fix your process of manufacturing parts. Even if you were to protect the raw edges of the galvanized steel with a rust reformer Paint. I recommend using one that can adhere to already rusty material since I’m sure you have these parts just sitting around as most companies mass produce in forecasting of product needs for future sales. I’m trying to help your future endeavors and cease further toil in complaints and returns. Not one person would agree buying a brand new product already showing signs of aging and abuse and or corrosion is what they want or expect. I hope this message will help you and you don’t take it lightheartedly.

    Great item but those instructions are horrible. Get ready for the challenge! Recommendation: Look at the next step, what it is and how it goes before completing the first step (before tightening anything). When placing the jumping mat, start at opposite ends as in a cross pattern and come in gradually placing springs gradually in between. When placing the springs, the hook end goes on the outside perimeter bar and the S hook or snail end goes to the mat. When placing the net inside the poles, good luck. I'm going to let you figure that one out by yourself so you can appreciate your trampoline a bit more..

    I love this product! It was so good for the price. Me and my friends who weigh around 300 pounds, all jumped on it and there is no sign of any damage. The instructions were also very easy to understand. Overall, this is a very fun, and durable product.
