    wrong item sent
    sent wrong color tree and it has been ridiculous trying to fix this. not my fault they dont know green from gold. i am not tech savvy and I don't know how to send them pictures to prove i got a gold tree and not the green tree I ordered. One thing i am not is coler blind.

    More beautiful than expected!
    The tree arrived a day early and was packed securely. In less than two minutes the Christmas Tree was up and working. It's even brighter and shinier than the photos. It immediately felt like the holidays were here. This unit has a plug-in and extra replacement lights. Highly recommend this product and vendor.

    These came damaged.
    These were shipped in a plastic bag and were all smashed together. The bottle brush bristles are going all different directions and I'm not sure there's a way to fix this. These were also much smaller than I anticipated. I wish I had not ordered them.

    Shoddy workmanship although pretty in the dark
    Returning this little tree today because of shoddy workmanship: Messy hand painting with extraneous paint drips in inappropriate places, clear liquid drips (looks like resin) baked in on base and some of branches, lights glued in crookedly, removable star on top rattles around/fits poorly; batteries have to be wiggled to get good connection. Do appreciate the amount of light from filter plate that allows very bright illumination inside tree, brighter than some of the other ceramic trees. When you see it in the dark it is really lovely but that doesn't make up for the view you get in broad daylight when you are close to the tree. Purchased another 15 inch battery powered gold tree from a company I have bought ceramic trees from before (The Holiday Aisle), a bit more expensive but quality product. Would be better for this company to take greater care with painting and charge a bit more

    Very nice tree!
    I got this for a Christmas gift so it is hard to write a review. I like the tree but we have wait and see if the family member that gets it like it.
