Item received is not item pictured.
The item I received is not the item pictured. The pictured item has soft, plush eyes, and black stitching around the mouth. The description says safe for ages 1 and up. The doll I received has hard, plastic eyes and stiff cardboard inside the mouth. The shape of the arms and legs is also different, and the fur is longer than pictured. It is definitely not as pictured or described, and not at all safe for a 1 year old. I clearly received a different Elmo doll - so purchase at your risk.

    Elmo Not quite as big
    It was smaller than another Gund Elmo that seemed to be the exact same thing, but it was not. Because of this, for the same money, I got a bigger one thru amazon.

    Disappointed
    I was a little disappointed in Elmo. He looked very cheap which he really wasn't. My great granddaughter was thrilled to have a replacement for her old Elmo which was literally ready for the trash. That's the only reason I didn't return it.
