    The Great Value No Calorie Stevia Sweetener Packets are very convenient to carry with you anywhere. I love this sweetener. I use it to sweet my tea, oatmeal, and cereal. I use it for baking also. It is a good alternative when you are trying to stay away from regular sugar.

    Stevia is by far the best sweetener. It is derived from the stevia plant. Other "artificial" sweeteners such as Aspartame and Sucralose/Splenda are harmful. Saccharin was once considered to cause cancer...but only if you are a rat and drink 600 sodas a day. However, it is sodium saccharin, thus contains sodium which should be limited for most people. Stevia has a really sweet taste like sugar, and has no calories. I highly recommend it! I am diabetic, and stevia does not affect blood sugar.
