    Back in the day we would have called this goulash; a bunch of leftovers thrown together. It was OK. Not horrible; not great; just OK. Nothing spectacular about the taste. If you're curious, go ahead and buy it. I thought it was a bit overpriced. On the upside, it is filling.

    Fantastic flavor
    Such a delicious bowl. The flavors were so good and dead on. I loved the olives in the bowl. It definitely had an authentic Mediterranean taste. Definitely will buy again.

    Real food ingredients
    The ingredient list is real food, not labratory created items. Taste was good. i don't use a microwave to destroy food so i just poured into an oven safe pan and cooked for a while and it was fine. i would buy it again.

    Try this, you will love it!
    This is amazing! I love to put it on top of Great Value Mediterranean Style Quinoa. My 1 year old and I love this for lunch! This has gotten me into Mediterranean food and fermented foods that are so good for you. So grateful for these whole 30 approved meals!
