You have to try this tea!!!
A great tasting tea! Perfect amount in bag for a gallon without all of the dust you get from other store brands. You have to put the other bags in another container after opening to keep fresh, but they are so worth the little extra effort! I'm so glad to have found these in this size!

These do not work well in Elec. Tea Maker. :-(
This tea tastes burnt when you follow the directions and use it in an electric tea maker basket. These only well when boiled in a huge point on the stove the old fashioned way. They ought to have been advertised as such.

    Great tea flavor!
    We love these and use them all the time. These are always available, year around, and have great tea flavor. We use them for sun tea, or just cold brew tea.

    Not a particular value.
    A trifle bitter. Pretty expensive but you can make 2 pitchers from one of these monster bags. Buy the National Cup Black Tea bags for a buck a box instead. Better flavor

    Not as smooth as Lipton, nor as complexly flavored
    I am a singer, and if Lipton is a full 4-voice chord, this tea is missing a singer or two. Don't get me wrong, it is a good tea, but it lacks the complexity of a blended tea. (Lipton and Luzianne are Orange Pekoe and Pekoe cut black tea, while Great Value is just black tea.) I got a box to try it, and am not disappointed, nor am I wowed. Tastes similar to some of the iced teas that are in restaurants. 2 glasses of it in, and it is growing on me. Conclusion: Yes, it has more tannins and a stronger aftertaste, but it is like most things, up to an individual's taste.
