    they're canned beans - nuff said
    canned beans are never as good as dry, but they're 'ok' when you're in a hurry to make chili - which is not really a good idea to begin with because 'quick' chili doesn't taste nearly as good as what ya cook for half a day. when it comes to beans - nothing beats dry - cooked on your own stove - not outta a can.

    These are so good
    I use this can of beans often. I prefer the "no salt added" because I don't need that. I put them in a strainer and then drain all that "sauce" by running water over them until clear. They are delicious to add to cooked entrees, to add to ground beef when making hamburgers, and are a good source of protein.
