Lacking Adequate Directions
I bought this and ended up putting certain tubes in the wrong way and have reached a point of no return - the tubes are stuck in this position unable to be retrieved and rendering the swinging feature futile because it would place basket upside down. Directions citing snap snap click really led me astray here. I hope to obtain replacement parts or return all together.

    Highly recommend Walmart shopping

    Best swing.
    So nice I bought it twice. One for my first baby. Gave that one away. Bought a different swing for my second and quickly returned it and got this one again. I like that the swing is easily removable and Multi directional.

    Motor Failed
    Swing was awesome at first. Now after about 10 weeks of use the motor has failed! I put it all of the way up to 6 and it won't swing more than 2 inches wide to side. The motor makes a very loud clunking noise when trying to swing. We always have to give it a push start but now even with that it won't swing! Also my baby hits her head on the reclining handle so I have to sit her sideways and slouched in the seat to make her somewhat comfortable. I'd never buy this again.

    Doesn't sit flat
    Product was defective. Bought two and had to return both. Rods that make up the swing were crooked and it didn't sit flush against floor. Customer service was very helpful

    Great concept
    I bought this for my grandson grandson on March 26, 2022 and after the seat was removed 2 times the locking mechanism shifted and is stuck up the bar that holds the seat on. My grandson loves the seat but I didn't spend that kind of money for just a bouncer.

    Motor quit working
    I received this at my baby shower in September and had my girls in mid November. We started using this swing after they were born and it worked great until 2 days ago when the dial to change settings wouldn't always work. I would change it to the off position and the light was still on and it would keep swinging. Later that evening it completely stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries and using the cable but it is just broken. I'm so disappointed as this has been a life saver having twins.

    Total trash! Right of the box it was unstable and was unstable. The base is crooked and wobbling. We will not be using this for our son. It will be waiting for the trash truck tomorrow!
