The structure is very strong
A great electric bicycle, it can reach a speed of 20 mph, the aluminum alloy material is very strong and the structure is very strong, and the LED display screen can clearly see the battery level

    Front forks holds tire are manufactured wrong . ty
    The front forks that hold the front tire are being manufactured wrong. You can't put the tire on the bike. Wasted weeks upon weeks of my life and I can't get the money back immediately to repurchase so now we are without e-bikes for another month.

    the locking mechanism that locks in the battery broke after 2 weeks is my only complaint. it rode good though, but yea the broken lock is definitely a problem. i cant take the battery out to charge it.

    Great customer service
    I got this for Christmas and was so excited. However, the battery wasn't charging and I couldn't try it out. Jane in customer service was so helpful in resolving the issue by locating a another one and sending it quickly. Jane answered every email asap. I'm so grateful for her help and care.

    We purchased a month ago. We wanted Electric bikes without spending thousands! We love these bikes - so far. We have had them out 3 times. First trip about 5 miles, using assist 1 for the majority of the ride with occasional assist 2. We still had a full charge. The last trip out we went 26.8 miles. I used assist 1 - 80% of the time and used assist 3 the remaining time. I lost battery the last quarter mile. If I have anything negative which I can not speak from experience - only an assumption. But I'm not sure how much assist it would give on a steep incline. I would say our ridding was level to steady incline- nothing extreme. For what we will use these bikes for - they are perfect. We did have them in dirt, gravel and paved- they handled well on all of them. We did purchase more comfy seats but the bikes themselves seem to be made well. We appreciate the shocks on the front as well.

    This thing is sweet
    I was able to snag one of these locally for a deal. Mind its power! 20 Mph is fast and if you got some calves you can than you can get to 40 combined with motor. I've beaten mine up so much and have swapped the tires with some tubeless ones and man.. it's a sweet time. Highly recommend especially with the drop on price.

    Good bike with a few flaws.
    Got a flat tire and took this bike to 3 bike shops- no one would fix! Finally got a mobile guy to come out. Otherwise, LOVE this bike! Question- what basket would fit? Having a tough time.
