Received on time, let it set for 24 hours, put water in it and 7.17 minutes later I had nine small ice cubes. I turned it off after the second batch, let it set for 3 minutes as instructions state turned it back on changed the setting so that I would have large ice cubes, and this is where an opportunity started. In 2 minutes it started blinking from small to large I left it for another 8 minutes, I then decided that it was not going to make ice so I turned it off waited 3 minutes try it again and it was still blinking between the small and large ice cube lights. At this point I turned it off unplugged it from electricity, waited another 3 minutes turned it back on pressed for large ice cubes and 8.3 minutes later had nine large ice cubes. Actually I cannot see any difference between the large and the small ice cubes I did take pictures but I am very happy with the machine so far this is my first day. The second drop of large ice cubes took 16.13 minutes. In the photos the one that has two spoons with ice cubes on them are the two different sizes of ice cubes that have come out of my machine, as you can see they look identical between the small and large. Which is not a problem to me.

I bought this item in October 2020 had no issues it worked perfectly until January 2021 the metal pieces inside machine started to rust which made my ice inedible.

    Love it!!
    Im glad I decided to try this ice maker, this is my first counter top ice maker and we are in love with it. Its easy to use and easy to set up. Im mad I didn't buy this sooner. I like that it has a sensor to stop making ice when it is full and without me telling it to make more ice, it automatically makes more ice to make sure I always have a good amount of ice to use. I have nothing bad to say about it at all.

    I love the color it's like a sea foam green. More of a teal. Beautiful and makes ice. I only wish that the unit didn't get so hot, the ice wouldn't melt but stayed cold after it gets full but then again how. It gets full and then ice melts and water goes back down to the bottom where you had to put water in to make ice to begin with. Also needs something to hold the scooper for the ice cubes. Perhaps make the scoop holder on the side of the ice maker? Wish it would safe clean.

    Stopped working after 2 months
    It makes great ice... when it did. After having it for no more than two months, it broke down. There's a weird sound around the area where the fan is at and it completely stop making ice for us. Left near a high counter, no one touches it unless we refill with water or grab ice. It just stopped making ice. Best if you find another one. Oh and shipping was delayed for about two weeks or so. Didn't really mind it, but now that this machine stopped working, it just sours the whole experience.

    Disappointed in the volume
    I bought this machine in prep for my new pool to help fill a table that's also a cooler inside. Well little did I know that this thing would take forever to make enough actual ice to fill even a tiny cooler and that's with it constantly making ice all day long. I had to return it unfortunately - it wasn't going to work for me. Also it wasn't particularly quiet, so be prepared if you want to keep it on your kitchen counter.

    A disappointing family gift
    I purchased this Dec.8, 2020 as a family gift for Christmas. The first on March it quit working. I am so disappointed. After reading several reviews it did not live up to it's reviews. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
