Good for party ice
Makes ice pretty quickly. Ice basket holds only 2-3 cups of ice If you want a quantity of ice, you need to empty the basket every 30 minutes At $4.00 for a 20 pound bag of ice, it will take 30 weekends for this to pay for itself, but you can also stop making those mad dashes to the store for a bag of ice!

I was really optimistic when I bought this but once I took it out of the box I found a crack and a gap on the left side of it while the right side is fine. I reached out to the seller but no response thus far. This is unacceptable if it's supposed to be in new condition. see pictures..

    Love it!!
    Im glad I decided to try this ice maker, this is my first counter top ice maker and we are in love with it. Its easy to use and easy to set up. Im mad I didn't buy this sooner. I like that it has a sensor to stop making ice when it is full and without me telling it to make more ice, it automatically makes more ice to make sure I always have a good amount of ice to use. I have nothing bad to say about it at all.

    The refill light is evil...
    I bought this ice maker on April 4, 2022, it is now September 17, 2022. When i first got the ice machine it was great. Then we noticed that the refill water light wasn't turning on when the water got low. We decided to just check water levels whenever we got ice so that it would've run out. Now the refill water light is on all the time, and it will not make ice. The water runs through the system like it should but alas, no ice. I am at a loss, I have kept up with cleaning it, and flushing it.

    I love the color it's like a sea foam green. More of a teal. Beautiful and makes ice. I only wish that the unit didn't get so hot, the ice wouldn't melt but stayed cold after it gets full but then again how. It gets full and then ice melts and water goes back down to the bottom where you had to put water in to make ice to begin with. Also needs something to hold the scooper for the ice cubes. Perhaps make the scoop holder on the side of the ice maker? Wish it would safe clean.

    I like it, but would like improvements.
    While I like this machine, there are things that fall short. First, there is an appearance of choosing small or large by pushing a button. Both come out the same. Second, the basket is small and fills quickly, turning the ice maker off. Third, the ice is wet, so clumps easily. I did start to dump it into the freezer to build a bigger supply but the entire ice bin ended up clumped. What I love. It's fast, like really fast. We have several jumbo breed dogs who love "water cookies" as treats. they get bowls of it all day long. It's easy to fill. Open the lid and poor water right in. The machine is quiet! the only thing you really hear is water runnig and then the ice dropping, then dumping into the basket. I wanted the crushed hospital style ice, called nuggett. This isnt, but melts fairly easily and is super easy to chew on. Overall, I would recommend this to others. We will be taking it right along in our SUV for dog shows. It can make fresh ice while we're driving to keep the coolers packed full. When we get a camper, it will sit on the counter as well.

    i have bought two of these and i see they have them advertised as regular price 279.99 for the july black Friday deal and i bought both of mine less then a year ago for under 130.00. i love they way they jack up the regular price to make it look like you are getting a good deal!

    Stopped working after 2 months
    It makes great ice... when it did. After having it for no more than two months, it broke down. There's a weird sound around the area where the fan is at and it completely stop making ice for us. Left near a high counter, no one touches it unless we refill with water or grab ice. It just stopped making ice. Best if you find another one. Oh and shipping was delayed for about two weeks or so. Didn't really mind it, but now that this machine stopped working, it just sours the whole experience.

    Received on time, let it set for 24 hours, put water in it and 7.17 minutes later I had nine small ice cubes. I turned it off after the second batch, let it set for 3 minutes as instructions state turned it back on changed the setting so that I would have large ice cubes, and this is where an opportunity started. In 2 minutes it started blinking from small to large I left it for another 8 minutes, I then decided that it was not going to make ice so I turned it off waited 3 minutes try it again and it was still blinking between the small and large ice cube lights. At this point I turned it off unplugged it from electricity, waited another 3 minutes turned it back on pressed for large ice cubes and 8.3 minutes later had nine large ice cubes. Actually I cannot see any difference between the large and the small ice cubes I did take pictures but I am very happy with the machine so far this is my first day. The second drop of large ice cubes took 16.13 minutes. In the photos the one that has two spoons with ice cubes on them are the two different sizes of ice cubes that have come out of my machine, as you can see they look identical between the small and large. Which is not a problem to me.

    A disappointing family gift
    I purchased this Dec.8, 2020 as a family gift for Christmas. The first on March it quit working. I am so disappointed. After reading several reviews it did not live up to it's reviews. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
