I love this thing. Be aware - it is HUGE. But it has superb bass sound, enough for several rooms. And it works just fine as a Google Home device. If it's playing music and it hears "Hey Google" it silences the music and waits for a command. That even works from across a large room. Very happy.

    Its google baby, enough said!
    Google's hardware products have always been great and this is no exception. I use this for quick access to weather, music and general news. I also get real time help in the kitchen. Best part is it helps with home automation.

    Super loud but was expecting a little more bass
    Sounds great! Its pretty expensive for a speaker but worth it. Especially since google subwoofer audio enhancements are limited to just this one. I would like a little more bass, but it does the job! You can adjust the bass and treble of it from your google home app. Its super loud. Great for a party or when you are at home and want to jam. Its very sturdy and great color. Easy to set up and use. You can also change it to a vertical position.

    Shouldnt be Discontinuing Max,Just upgrade it!
    (cons so far)bluetooth connection is sometimes choppy. bass kinda drops out of existence at higher volume. (pros so far). microphones pick up requests even at louder volumes,clarity is pretty nice,wifi connections seem to be good

    No Sonos 5, but excellent price to quality ratio
    Great speaker with punch. I purchased a pair and they sound great. Keep in mind that they currently don't support airplay. But since I purchased them, Apple Music has now become available on them. I had originally purchased 1 Sonos 5 and these are not Sonos quality, but definitely close enough. On a price value front they beat the Sonos 5 hands down.

    Loud, clear and crisp volume and bass. Super high quality speaker. Best smart speaker for listening to music. And Google Assistant is better than Alexa and other smart assistants in so many ways too.

    Prized black Friday purchase !
    Nice sound at a very affordable price. I have been wanting this product since it came on the market , just couldn't justify the purchase until now . You will be able see the quality by the way it was packaged .

    There is no other smart speaker.
    There is no other speaker like it. It sounds amazing. I currently have two of them side-by-side, and they overpower every speaker in the house. Whoever created this speaker with Google, are God-like audio engineers. Just don't buy it at full price. This thing is too expensive.
