Nothing better than this product
I made the best cookies ever using Ghiradelli 100 % cocoa dutch process powder. I make a lot of baked goods but these cookies were so good. Of course I had others taste test my cookies and one person said that they should be illegal they are so good I highly suggest that if you love chocolate. Use this product!

Not as good as Nestle
My favorite sour cream chocolate cake is excellent when made with Nestle's cocoa. I thought it would be even more fantastic with this pricier cocoa. To my surprise the cake was less moist and the flavor wasn't as good. My entire family voted no on this cocoa and wants me to return to using Nestle.

    Best cocoa powder I've tried
    Best cocoa powder I've tried, it's so rich and deep in flavour it knocks out most others out of the water, if your go-to is Hershey's like most people do, you need to urgently make a change to this as it's night and day, specially for almond-flour brownies.

    Tried out the Ghirardelli 100% Dutch Cocoa powder. I use this cocoa powder for a cake recipe. As it was baking in the oven it had an incredible rich chocolate aroma and when I tasted the cake it had a very rich chocolaty flavor. The bag that the cocoa powder came in is so convenient to use. I like that it has a ziplock so its easy to close and store away. The texture on the cocoa powder is fine and very dark in color. Overall a really great quality cocoa powder that has a rich chocolate flavor.

    Ghirardelli Premium Baking Dutch Process Cocoa. I the best tasting cocoa on the market. I just love the rich flavor the Dutch Process Cocoa brings to my baking. I first tried in brownies and the rich flavors my family just loved. I like that it is unsweetened so I can control the sweetness added to my recipes. I would highly recommend Ghirardelli for any baking you do. The item description was just as described and I would buy it again.

    High Quality: Opinion from a Pastry Chef
    This is by far my favorite cocoa powder. I'm a pastry chef and this is the best quality of affordable cocoa powders available for home use. Walmart has the best price for this product as well. This cocoa powder is dark because it's dutched, and has great depth of flavor. Every time I use it, my recipes get rave reviews. It is far superior to any Hershey's cocoa powder. Try it for yourself, you won't regret it. I highly recommend.

    I was looking for the dutched cocoa and came across this one. I have ordered based on the large number of positive reviews. I was not impressed when I received it and tried it in a drink form. It is adequate but nothing special; I have tasted better. The packaging was particularly irritating; it was very inconvenient to get the powder out of the pouch. I finally ended up storing it in a metal canister. Bottom Line: An average product, noting to rave about.

    Are usually buy my cocoa powder online especially dark Dutch, when I found this in my local grocery store I was so excited, thought I'd bring it home and make some triple threat brownies, Ghirardelli chocolate is one of the best chocolate makers when it comes to baking chocolate, that's my opinion, but I prove it time and time again every time I throw together something with Ghirardelli ‘s, it's always a hit, highly recommend it, this is a great product

    Ghirardelli never disappoints. This Dutch process cocoa powder is perfect for use in baking brownies, and dark chocolate cakes. I have received some of the best compliments for my chocolate cakes using this cocoa! Wish it wasnt so expensive, but worth the extra cost for the quality.
