Unbelievably simple to use!
We live in SW Florida and decided to buy a generator for future power outages. Have not had to use it until today. Power went out 1.5 hours ago. This is the first time we have used it. Dumped some gas in and it fired on the first pull. That never happens to me! 10 minutes after the power went out I had the fridge, some lights, a fan and some other minor things plugged in with room to spare. So simple and I am far from a handy guy. Highest marks from me

I ordeted this generatormonths ago. Ordered it 3 times before I got it. Each time when it didn't come customer service said I had to cancel my order and re order it. After they cancelled it the 3rd time they said, oh the price went up. I said then I'll wait for my original order. He said you can't do that because we alrrady cancelled it. Then he told me he could honor the original price so I said ok. I finally got my order 3 months after ordering it originally. But they charged me the inflated price. The bstyle goes on. Not a happy customer.

    Have a 5000w Coleman Powermate that I started at 8:30AM Friday 12/23 when the power went out. Didn't have it covered and after 2 hours it was coated with snow and ice and died. I purchased the GP3300i for use with a travel trailer and am glad I had it in the garage. Took it out back and ran a heavy cord through the garage and into the house. Ran it 3 to 4 hours at a time, rest it for a while and start it up again. Powered the refrigerator and freezer one at a time. Total of 28 hours, it just ran great the whole time. My wife found a plastic tote that would fit over it which I lifted on blocks a few inches off the concrete so this one wouldn't suffer the same fate as the other generator. Would definitely recommend this unit, and Generac in general.

    Great Product
    I bought this generator because I needed something lighter and easier to handle. Have no problems whatsoever with my generator. The only issue I have is I would love to have a wheel kit for my GP3300i, when I go online the only kit they show on all sites is for the 3500 model.

    Used to be a great product to sell
    Do not buy generac portable generators. I've ran them for years. I am an authorized seller of their portable generators and parts. After years of sales we had a local warranty and getting the warranty has been hassle. Bad inverter on a gp3300i out of the box. China knock off generators have better customer support and don't run 900 dollars. If you want a good generator that has proper support buy a Honda eu series. Generac is a joke. For 22 years I've been in the outdoor power equipment industry and never found a company this bad, they make Popeyes look like Chick-fil-A.

    Pull cord came out of handle on first pull
    I bought Generac because they are a local company that I have heard nothing but good things about. This morning I was excited to add the oil and gas and fire up this beautiful looking generator. I even went and bought gas that contains no ethanol. Gas, check! Oil, Check! Choke on, check! Time to pull this baby and listen to a quiet hum. NO! As I start to pull the started cord I did not even get the cord out 6" and the cord comes out of the handle and disappears into the motor. :( Thank goodness for the wonderful customer service line. I have a list of authorized service centers, we will have to see how this goes tomorrow. Very disappointing!

    What a mess
    Opened box to a oil covered generator even though it was shipped with no oil. The oil filler cap was not installed. Spent the next Three hours washing and cleaning up. Can't say how it works yet. I will keep my fingers crossed on that.

    Bought the Generac 33000i and Love IT!
    The Generac is amazing unit and brand. It is quiet, easy to start easy to use and incredibly efficient. The Generac is everything you want and need in a household generator, infact it is a far better value than the Honda and is feature for feature as good or better. This model can handle anything a house needs including washer, dryer, refrigerator etc. I am extremely happy with Generac and you will be too!
