    Protein For Picky Teens
    My son is an extremely picky eater and due to the lack of protein in his diet, he wasn't growing at the rate he should. We found these protein bars and hoped they'd be a solution. My son has been eating one every single day for over a year and his growth is back on track. There is no fight or struggle to get him to eat these and while they are a little more expensive than other options, the benefits outweigh the cost. They travel well and are a large size so they are filling and he only needs one. If you have a picky eat, we recommend talking to your doctor about these possibly being a solution!
