Nice looking, compact computer at a great Price.
Second one I bought, one for my 11 yr old daughter and this one for 10 yr old grandson. works well, great value, perfect for home use or doing school work from home. Great for web browsing, youtube, emails, word docs and more. Great bang for the buck.

Trash!!!!!
Absolute trash. Ive owned it for less than two months and it has already stopped charging. Do not spend your money in this. It is cheap and wont last.

    Do Not Buy!!!
    I bought this laptop the end of October. I have used it under 20 times. I never used the internet on it. I only used it to use a med program for work. It will not charge. Ive tried different chargers nothing will work. Nothing happened to it to make it stop working. No trauma, falls, nothing. Definitely do not recommend.

    This thing is a piece of crap and is going back ASAP. It has been charging for HOURS and it is at 7%. I can't even log on or set it up because it just dies after approximately 1 minute. Don't waste your money!!!

    fast computer for minecraft and good price
    cuatomer service never seems to amswer, the conputers are fast and great for minecrafters, my kids are young and love them more than tablets, but 1 computer half the keys stopped working, she has managed to just not use those keys and use a mouse but its frustrating because its not even a 1yr old. customer service never picks up.

    Defective or Malfunction control pad.
    I'm sooooo disappointed. I thought this computer would be a great computer because of the name, boy was I wrong! It hasn't worked properly since t not the first week of purchase. There has to be a glitch or malfunction within the mouse or touchpad? I literally jump around when you touch it, then it will just randomly NOT respond when I click on something. I've tried contacting Gateway a couple of times to no avail. I've tried looking up my serial number, and when I did find it, their system states that the serial number you've entered is invalid. It has to GO back. Sorry Gateway.

    Gateway Needs to improve support and documentation
    Not much documentation , a 5x6 card with printing so small that it was difficult to read with a magifying glass . The telephone number that I called connected me , AFTER A TEN MINUTE WAIT , to a person that I couldn't understand , NO HELP AT ALL !

    Not worth it, same old gateway as before.
    I mean I guess it's decent if you don't have any standards or expectations the simplest of old school style games refuse to run it any kind of acceptable frame rate. all in all, not a good time. actually wiping it right now so I can return it today. even at $139 which is what I paid for it I still don't think it's worth it really have big expectations plans simple workload vehicles for making beats and running songs instead I have to go back to carrying around my MacBook.

    Works great but poorly built.
    Poorly built. Works fine, does the job, but screen is too heavy and it cased the case to start separating. Using tape to hold case together so it'll charge. Will be contacting customer service for warranty and hope it's covered.

    A Decemt laptop at a Good Price.
    I love that this laptop was incredibly easy to set up. I also like that it comes with Microsoft programs, like Excel and Word. I find the size of the keyboard constricting. I am constantly bumping keys I don't mean to touch. For some reason, the Shift key seems very sticky. It's inconvenient when I constantly have to retype to get a capital letter. I have only had it a month or so. Therefore, I can't comment on longevity yet.
