Nice Laptop
The only thing we're having a problem with is that it keeps disconnecting from the internet and we have to keep signing back in, no issues with my other devices, going to look into this problem and maybe give them a call, other than that it's a nice little laptop.

Won't charge, can't get passed the set up
Like others, my screen kept blacking out even during set up then after few mins of that would turn off completely dead. Plugged it in for hours each time we tired and didn't charge at all! Returning, it was a Christmas gift for a once excited now sad child of mine. :( It is cute, great, bright color (red), nice and small, but that all means nothing if it doesn't work! We have a more expensive Gateway notebook that we love so I was very disappointed!!!

    Nice little laptop!!!
    It's a basic small laptop not gaming but holds up. Nice and compact for those on the run for work or schoolwork. It only has 64GB memory so it's enough for adding some software. It has a Micro SD slot you can add more memory for you to save your personal files. Remember to update windows when you start to use for first time. For the price it's not a bad deal. Treat it nice and it will work great for you. I have other laptops; this is my backup for travel.

    First, this laptop is falling apart the screws are falling out. The hinge is coming out. The @ symbol is found at the inverted comma button. Currently three screws are out.

    Decent Machine
    The machine is quite light, the screen is nice and bright with good saturation; text is crisp and easy to read. The battery life seems to be as promised, maybe a little better. I did not take it out of "S" mode and I do not plan too; I have several laptops with 16GB RAM not in "S" mode, no need to take this one out. I bought this for it's compact size and weight, and it does not disappoint. As far as speed it is a little better than expected for a computer with these specifications. I did note prior to purchase that other reviewers noticed some issues with the machine, I did experience 2 of those issues and this is what I did to fix them. First off was the disappearing wireless, mostly happened on a cold boot. Rebooting solved the problem, but what I did was remove the Bluetooth Adapter and Network Adapter and rebooted the machine, allowing Windows to reinstall those drivers. That seems to have stopped the issue. The other issue was the screws on the bottom loosened and one did fall out. I noted that the screws are bare, they do not have thread locking compound on them. I applied some blue thread locker to each of them, and now they no longer loosen. All and all I am quite pleased with the computer, you cannot beat the price, especially when you consider that price included a full year of MS 365.

    Must have the patience of a saint..any of them!
    bought these for school. Took forever to get out of S mode. This is the slowest computer eveerr!!! Not actually 64 gigs of storage. My computer shows 56.7. Love the color. Does not recognize when connected to internet. unresponsive pages and wait time horrible for pages is atrocious if they actually load. Couldnt even sign in to Microsoft account without the entire box going white. Waste!

    Good value.
    This rating is based on the value for the price. It's a basic notebook with the features and storage I need. Not a luxury laptop but certainly good enough for my needs. The only odd feature is the "Del" key is in a location I've never seen on a keyboard before, that has taken a little getting used to. But I am happy with it overall.

    Awesome Gateway Laptop
    I was very impressed how this little laptop runs and loads up windows, in seconds, considering the low specs of this laptop, obviously this laptop is more for office work. It runs most 2d games with no problem and it runs cool. Windows 11 will install once you have all updates up to date. Overall, for the price, I think this is the best deal you could get.

    So upset and aggervated
    I DISLIKE this item! i bought this and the 2nd day we got this, the screws at the bottom started falling out, without us knowing. the right corner popping open, we had to keep pushing the side into close it, the insides also started falling out (screws) i had it fix (warranty) got back week later still did it the same day i got it back! walmart replaced with a new one. A 3 days later it did it again. I have never had this happen to small laptops before! i am so disappointed and frustrated! i would not recommend buying these!

    received the laptop on Friday and returned it on Sunday. the screen worked for about an hour on Friday and then went black. i contacted Gateway and after working with them for over an hour, they recomended that I return it.

    Frustrated
    This notebook is cute. and nothing else. after taking forever to get it setup because the screen kept blacking out, it started blacking out every time I type the number 5... which is a part of my password so I couldn't get into anything. Haven't even had it 24 hours and I'm returning it. I would rather pay more for something that actually works.
