This tablet makes a great show of being amazing with garlic and all the other vitamins. However...the dosage of garlic is .0018 (180 micrograms) of the recommended dosage for health benefits 3-6 grams. I'd have to take 555 of these tablets to make that. What a joke!

    If it gives you a headache your intolerant to garlic Concentrate don't knock it if it's just you it's for people mainly with hypertension and high blood pressure and or high cholesterol if your just taking it for immune support they sell plenty without garlic my significant other gets headaches from onions also which is what garlic is in the onion family

    0 stars for me!! These pills gave me the worst headache you can imagine and made me legs cramp very easily I threw them away I couldn't take the headaches

    Garlic for immunity
    Garlic has immune benefits and I like that I can take this one caplet and it helps my immune system. Also has Vitamin C, D, and Zinc which I know I should take to be healthier. It really is odor free (my husband can't tell) and easy to swallow. I feel better going into the fall and back to school with this product to help my body be strong and fight off germs and viruses.
