bad choice that they made shouldn't subsitute
Ordered paid opened up for Christmas it wasn't a electric scooter it was a cheap hoover board....my grandson is not old enough to ride a hover board and even if he was were is my refund for overpayment ....this wasn;t cool

    dont buy if your kid feet is too small. this scooter requires feet be on both front and back buttons to operate my daughter is in a size 2 and her feet is too small to reach both buttons

    WRONG COLOR
    Haven't got to try the scooter put to see the performance due to me ordering a black one for my son and here today on Christmas we have a pink one...honest mistake but not to get to ride your toys on Christmas sucks....will update after return and repurchase another one I guess.

    Actually both of my daughters love this thing
    My 6 year old daughter LOVES this. Pros: - Easy to use--there's a front 'on' button and an 'accelerator' button on the board. Just step on those and away she goes. - The weight is up to 125lbs. - Long battery life. My daughter plays all afternoon. Cons: - Doesn't fit my husband! hahaha

    We do a lot of camping and some of the families we camp with brings electric scooters for their kids and my kids sometimes feels a bit left out. When I ran across this scooter while shopping for other camping items I decided to pick one up for our next camping trip. It being a kids scooter I honestly wasnt expecting much but to my surprise it turned out to be a very well built scooter. Assembly was very quick and straightforward in fact I let my seven-year-old do most of the work. All I did was tighten the screw after he was assembled. The scooter operation is very different from any other scooter Ive seen or used. It controlled using two buttons on the base of the scooter with your foot instead of your hands. This does take a bit getting used to but after a while it becomes more natural. The scooter speed is perfect for young kids and it can handle and adult like myself with no issues. I was able to take it around the block a few times to test before handing it over to my kids. So far Ive been very happy with the scooter and the only thing I would like changed is adding a folding handle for easier transport.

    Loved at first! 2 months into having and one stopped charging, finally after playing with it for a few mins. Got it to take a charge, well then it was stuck ON! I had to undo the bottom panel (battery) and disconnect the 4 wires before it shut off. (And I mean all 4 wires!)

    Horrible battery
    Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She rode it once after Christmas and it was fine. Tried it again in February and it stopped working. Charged again and it worked. Now 3 months later it will NOT charge anymore!!! Terrible!!!! I have it plugged in and the light is green. We took it outside and it would go on and off. It started beeping too. Never did that before. Garbage!!! Dont waste your money!!!

    Buy the razor!
    I bought this scooter for my son for Christmas. The battery completely died by mid February. I live in Colorado so its the middle of winter, he literally rode it a dozen times. Contacted customer service and they told me I needed to buy a new battery for $99. The were so generous to even give me a %5 discount on their crappy product! My other son has the razor brand electric scooter which is really nice! Its looks better the controls are easier to use and it just feels like its made better!

    7 year old daughter loves. It took some Time but she got it figured out. I let her practice riding it in the house. You have to kick start with front on front button then place other front on back button. Perfect speed for kids. Easy to assemble. Easy to steer. Not too heavy while riding but a little too heavy for kids to carry alone.
