Waste of money
Bought this for my son for Christmas and he got to ride it about 5 times. Now it will not charge properly. Just flashes red and beeps. The charger says it is charged but it's not.

    Very good gift, compared to the 6 wheel 8.5 inch wheel is more suitable for adults, longer mileage, longer playtime with single charging,like it very much

    love love love it
    It's definitely heavy, but i feel like it provides a more secure ride for my 12 year old daughter when taking bumps and riding on grass. she loves the bluetooth feature to play her music while riding. the self balancing fearure helped her considerably with balancing initially. She absolutely loves it.my only fear is that should she ever run out of juice, she won't be able to carry it back home. I've been looking into a carrier, but even with that, it would be a struggle but not a huge concern because as long as she has a full battery, she should be perfectly fine. And out of extreme caution she cannot charge it nor leave it in the house. it goes in the shed. other than that a beautiful machine!

    Well It was fun for my daughter had it from November 22 to March 5th. The Charger I came with got hot. Do not have this anymore as it burned to a crisp My house burned down in a matter 2 hours while I was away for a Walmart pick up. Fire investigation Not sure what caused it. It was not Plugged in But, this toy was the first thing that came to my mind. Use caution with these batteries and if the cord gets hot ask for a replacement. UL approved or not. use with care

    My 8yo loves hoverboards. After having to replace 3 (2 Hover and 1 Razor), I found Gotrax. He absolutely loved it! The rugged wheels and size were perfect for him, but unfortunately, after just a few months the right side won't calibrate and I haven't bought another since.

    Defective out of the box.
    Item was shipped to the house in an old beat up brown Gotrax box. Took the hoverboard out, charged it up, and turned it on. It worked for 2 minutes, then threw the rider off with one wheel going and one wheel dead. Then the error lights came on, and after that it simply wouldn't turn back on at all. The charger indicates the battery is fully charged. Returning.

    Bought for a present waited month and half to open just to ride once and daughter was thrown from it as one wheel just kept going .couldn't shut off or do anything. A real short warranty on the internal board by the time I relocated receipt it was out of warranty. Looks well built would love to have been able to use. Board is prestige if anyone wants parts.

    Terrible customer service and even worse product
    This was absolutely worthless. Broke after 1.5 weeks. Waited 3 months for customer service to fix it. They finally sent another. Charged and played with for a few minutes. Next day, one wheel wouldn't turn. Customer service said i'm sorry, we only replace one time. If you buy this toy for your kids, you will be able to count how many dollars it cost per minute they are able to play with it before it breaks. We were at about $1 per minute.

    Broken. Wont turn off after 1 hour of lite use.
    We had just opened it today and its already broken after 1 hour of use in the house. It will not shut up and constantly beeping. Cant pick it up without it spinning uncomfortably. It will hurt you. Its very heavy.

    Kids are thrilled.
    Kids are enjoying however they do not want to function toward the higher weight limit that my son falls well into. Also to new to tell the durability of them for my preteen grandkids.

    Fun and nice looking
    My family has only had the hoverboard a few days but we are obsessed! It's fun to ride, was easy to figure out. We love the lights and Bluetooth too. We are definitely enjoying it.
