Too large
These pills are so large they are difficult to swallow. I will try the smaller version next time. I would not recommend for anyone who has difficulty swallowing.

    No fish taste/after effects
    Love this fish oil for joint health. Have tried many and they have the typical fish oil taste/regurgitation problem. Not this one. Can take it at any time of the day too as it doesn't hurt my stomach at all

    Yes..who can go wrong with omega 3. Have you ever seen an unhealthy bear after gorging itself on salmon.good for the brain.. good for the joints..of course all of us have different needs as to the vitamins and minerals needed for our individual needs or deficiencys, but I feel it difinitely works for me. One can only try it.maybe you will like it.

    I have always used GNC fish oil and it is very effective. No complaints about the product. My current problem is that I ordered two bottles twice in error. Now I have 4 bottles and you will send 4 replacement bottles in 120 days and I only need 2. Please cancel one of my automatic refills so I only receive 2 bottles next time. Thank you.

    Why it is superior for me
    I take 4 Fish Oil Tablets a day, equalling the dietary amount that my ancestral roots crave (living in the desert=no access to fish). I've noticed a change in mood, circulation, and overall health. GNC seems good because it doesn't have as extreme "fishy burps" as other oils have. This is because of the unique capsule the oil is delivered from. I don't use anything else.

    I chose GNC's Triple Strength Fish Oil because it contains amounts of DHA & EPA that are comparable to prescription fish oil products that clinical studies have shown to be effective in reducing some aspects of age related cognitive decline in people over 65 years old, as determined by some clinical studies.
