Supplement I needed.
I was turned on to Lean Shake by my dietician after major abdominal surgery. I needed high protein supplement and couldn't tolerate the mouth feel of any of the other brands recommend. One bottle and I'm happily hooked. I particularly like the special seasonal flavors. My serum protein levels are still low but no longer dangerous. Thank you GNC!

    Benefits of Lean Shake
    The GNC Lean Shake has been great in helping me reach my weight loss goals. I have used the shake as a meal replacement for breakfast and have been able to lose over 138 pounds in the last 16 months. The shakes are filling and have provided me with the extra protein that I need to gain muscle while working out.

    I wish the container was biodegradable
    Taste is great. Calories are low I can drink 1 for breakfast and will need another a few hours later especially if i work out. I love that i can just throw it in my bag. However I only use it when I'm in a hurry I wish it wasn't plastic. If the container was made of paper for biodegradable I would give it 5 stars and use it more.

    Love These Shakes!!!
    As a lactose intolerant person with Type 2 Diabetes, this shake is perfect! It’s the only one that works for me and is a delicious meal replacement without any gritty after taste. Even my husband says they are very good. My preferred flavors are Ice cold vanilla, banana and strawberry. GNC ordering online is very easy but in addition to the order confirmation, it would be nice to also get an email when the order ships. In re-reading my comments I sound like an ad but promise every remark is true! Love them.!

    FINALLY something that curbs & satisfies!!
    I've tried mostly everything on the market. I am habitually a snacker/grazer and eat excessive lunch & dinner portions. This is a satisfying & quick meal in the morning and I am not hungry throughout the day and now eat smaller portions. It's truly amazing & I have been telling everyone about it.     How Do I Like The Total Lean Shakes
    I Love the Chocolate Swiss Shakes and The Chocolate Mocha! I tried the Cookie Butter, was to sweet for me and also the Orange Cream is to sweet for me.. But The Chocolate Swiss and Chocolate Mocha is my favorites. Will continue to purchase those two flavors.
