    Works great for muscle soreness!
    The muscles in my chest, arms, shoulders, and back were super tight and sore for days after lifting weights which I haven't done in years. When I finally got this and took it my muscles started to feel so much better within a matter of minutes after taking. I would definitely recommend this.
