Easy!
The antenna was easy to assemble and easy to install. With a little research on tvfool.com I was able to figure out which direction to turn the antenna and picked up channels I did not even know existed. FYI, I am a 58 year old woman and installed this myself in less than 2 hours, including the trip the the hardware store for cable, a copper lightening rod and wire. Fortunately, I live in sandy Florida so pounding the 8 foot rod into the ground was easy. Definitely appreciated the pictures with regard to the grounding process.

Happy with this antenna
Happy with this antenna. We have gotten rid of cable and went to streaming. But that meant no local channels so we bought this antenna. I worked well and watchin the news was ok which that is what we wanted. but it was a little disappointed because if the weather was not great or it was windy it was difficult to watch so I bought a antenna booster. I bought this Channel Master Ultra Mini 2 TV Antenna Amplifier, TV Antenna Signal Booster and it made all the difference. great picture and less interference.

This antenna works well, if you understand how
With any antenna "height is might". So, if you put this antenna in the bad spot... e.g. where your previous antenna did not work... this antenna will probably not solve your problems. Unless you're within a couple of miles of the transmitter antenna, you must have a clear'ish line of sight to the transmitter location. Hears how to determine if this antenna (or any antenna for that matter) is going to help you get a signal. 1) go to the FCC HD TV locator app on their site, enter you precise location. It will show you the magnetic compass direction for you best options 2) climb to the location where you plan to put the antenna and look with your eyes and see if you have a clear'ish view toward the towers. When I say look, cast your gaze parallel to the ground, not up down nor sideways LOL. If you see a think stand of trees, the side of a hill or the side of a building or mountain, you need to go higher. Radio waves of this fequency do penetrate or circumnavigate solid objects. Good luck. This antenna is on my roof with a clear line of sight toward the transmitter site about 22 miles away and I'm getting crystal clear 720p and 1080p signals. Also, don't use RG8 coax or coax connectors with gold plate. Those ALWAYS cause problems. Use RG11 coax (minimum) from the antenna to your tuner. If you house is pre-wired with something other than RG11, install you antenna and test. If the signal at your tuner is weak, purchasing a low-noise amplifier (spend $35 or more, anything less is junk and you will waste your money). Amplifiers (if it is an amplifier) require a power supply. If it doesn't require / have one, it ain't an amplifier, so keep shopping.

    Totally pleased
I live on the southwest side of Springfield, Mo., in a low spot. I dropped satellite tv and put this little antenna up. It is small compared to my 1980's antenna. I wanted to use the old sat boot on my roof, but the pole for the antenna was too small to fit, so I used the mast provided with some roofing tar. I then ran the antenna wire into the old sat. tv wiring on the side of my house, enabling watching over the air content in all my rooms. That worked perfectly. I hooked it up and got 17 ota channels. The pole that comes with this antenna is short, so I added a 4 foot closet pole that slipped right over the RCA pole. The added height enabled me to get 28 channels, which is all you get here in Springfield. Small in size but totally able to get the job done.

Works amazing in the Olathe, Kansas area!!!!
This thing is WELL worth the $37 bucks! Being a non-amplified 70 mile antenna it works outstanding. I tried a few Mohu Leaf Mini's and they just didnt have the oomph to pull in any signals. Dont get me wrong, they did work! Just that a few channels that were important to us dropped out at times and pixelated. I didnt want an antenna on the side of my house and putting it in the attic wasnt a option. So, I installed the GE Yagi under my deck using a small piece of pipe (The antenna does comes with a nice mount though), I ran a short 6' length of RG6 through the wall into my basement to a 3-way splitter and signal is piped to all the tv's in my house now. No amplifier was needed to pull it off. Get a solid 40 channels on my tv's without issues. I am still surprised how many channels there are. Plus, the more I watch tv the more I feel like some of the local news channels actually look better over the air than my cable boxes ever did! I paired the OTA antenna with SlingTV and Im more than happy now. No more cable bill!

    does what it says!
I ended up putting this on the mast for the old satellite dish after removing the dish and used the existing coaxial. It picked up 28 channels. We had tried an indoor antenna previously and it didn't work so well as it only picked up ten channels. This thing is a beast! Very happy with it.

    pretty cheap, works great
got this antenna when we decided to get rid of Directv and go for streaming. Under $45 with free pickup at the store. easy to install. we put ours on the roof (using the directv setup to bolt the antenna to) and are getting perfect reception of 5 stations from 57 miles away.

    Easy to assemble, good reception
Like everyone else fed up with cable prices had to do something. Bought this antenna, put on roof. Comes with mount and mast. Mount pivots in one semi circle direction. To point in specific direction, loosen the wing nuts on the antenna mount and move horizontally on the mast. I put it about 20 feet in the air, with about 65 feet of cable. I tested both with and without a signal amplifier. The amplifier helps a little bit on very overcast or rainy days. I am halfway between New Haven and Hartford, CT. I am getting about 18 channels. Very impressive with the reception. With this and other streaming option I said good riddance to cable.

    Bye bye cable!
Our promotional period ended and the new price for cable was not acceptable. Bought this product, pointed it towards the transmission towers and...WOW! One time purchase = massive savings. Receives more than just the big networks. Picture and sound are high quality.

Ge pro Outdoor Yagi antenna 70 mile
I have always had to use a huge outside antenna to pick up digital stations that are like 60+ miles from me. I tried this inside my house on top of my TV and got all the stations without so much as an amplifier!! I just left it sitting on top of the tv instead of going thru all the climbing and rewiring of the new antenna. Works great and no lightning worries anymore. I love this antenna. Doesn't look too bad sitting there either. Kind of Cool.! :O)
